Service wasnt great we had to keep asking for drinks and the venue was empty. Chicken burger was very chewy with no flavour. Milkshakes were amazing.

Food was great but the service was pretty bad respect to the waiting of the food took ages and they were short in waitress, just one waitress for more that 20 people. I was expecting a better service for the first time I been there...

To be honest, was not that impressed. Food was good, kids meals a good size, the ribs were not that big considering the $45 price, but tasted good. My burger said ‘just ask’ to add beetroot which I did but was surprised to be charged $1 for 1 slice. Now the service!—was pretty non existent. The waitress attending our table (we were the only ones in the restaurant) had to be asked numerous times for things. She was too busy chatting to another waitress behind the bar the whole time. eg We had to ask for water as we had run out, were finished our meals for ages and had to ask for the bill. I ordered a wine and yes it came in a big glass but was shocked when it came out and was filled below the measuring line, a few sips and it was finished, for $9 felt a little ripped off. My husband is American and we didn’t leave a tip as felt the service was not worthy of one. Disappointed as was the first time we’d been there and my husband being American, if we were impressed would have probably have become regulars.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Service was average, food was not great at all. Portion size on the small size. Don't waster your time. It was also quite empty for a Friday

The service was good, the food was tasty, the ambience of the place was ok, the pricing was about right. If you like casual dining its a nice place

The food was great. Service was quick and friendly. Our food came on time and exactly as we ordered. The atmosphere and music were pleasent.

Big servings and friendly service. Unfortunately many of the cocktails were unavailable, as was the steak (which was replaced by other meats of our choice on the platters).

The service was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was ordinary. To their credit they did try their best to fix the problem. Will give them one more try.

great atmosphere wide selection great food. very tasty. reasonably priced. only issue was the waiters hard to understand. parking is not easy especially on a saturday night.

Half of the menu was unavailable and the excuse was :'we had an accident in the kitchen'. The food that we had was nice but nothing special. Would not go back!

Food was alright. Nothing was bad about the food at all but it doesn't leave you wanting to come back for more. Nothing American about it. The staff just do what is needed to do and don't smile. Not really a vibrant place really. It is a come eat your burger and go kinda place.

Average food, service was good. Best bit was the curly fries, which doesn’t say much fo4 the rest of the table order. Sorry but not for me.

the staff did not know there products very well. A bit more joy from the serving staff would have made the experience more pleasant. Burgers were good, sadly not great.

Food was amazing ribs just fell off the bone but I ordered entree and mains I did specify that they come out separate so we all have time to eat entree have abit of rest clear the table then mains but unfortunately they all come out together so not much room on the table also a main did not come for someone as well but the food was really good

The food was good although lacked in the service department. It seemed as though they were a little un-organised. Hopefully these are just small issues that will be overcome with further experience.

Good food, good service, not bad value at all. We found this place in a facebook advert and it was well worth it. The ribs were delicious.

Burgers were yummy, fries need improvement we had a lot of rotten ones. 500 ml coke(imported) overpriced. waitresses were friendly and accommodating. I booked online which was a good idea because it did get busy.

Looks great when you enter and the food looked fantastic but was very bland and tasteless. Still to get alcohol license which is fine and not their fault. Had a salted caramel thick shake which was average at best.

Food and service was great. Only reason for the 4 rating was there was no beer available (due to not yet having their liquor license - which I was told was due soon). Would have been a score of 6 if some American beers to have with the meal.
