It was great for especially my and overall n would recommend

Service was not good this time . Never had an issue before . Ordered the teppanyaki they forgot menu items served the miso soup and the main course but missed out bringing out the salad and sauces when I told the waiter it was missing he brought out spoons leaving us puzzled . I then had to ask them again for the salad and sauces the waiter came back with soup salad and sauces . We said we already had the soup but they forgot the salad and sauces . It wasn’t an enjoyable experience as everyone was disorganized.

Service is very slow waiting for the desserts for a long time, we have to remove used plates and cutlery out of table. Poor service food over price.

We never have a bad meal here. It’s our go to restaurant :)

Staff were inattentive. Items from order were getting "dump and run" Delay from first to last meal arriving was about 7 minutes, therefore the first meal was getting cold at this stage.

I would definitely go back and would recommend it to family and friends!

Food was fantastic. Did however have to call for staff to get another drink. It was not busy, so there was no reason for delayed service, but saying that, the staff were so very friendly and helpful.

It was my daughter’s 14th birthday and my husbands 47th birthday ... the chef wrote happy birthday on one of the dishes. Was amazing. Staff was really good and the food was super yummy

The tuna was hard and some of the salmon was overcooked but the rest was perfect. the steak didnt seems like mignon quality. They offered drinks and bottle water was offered and we were quite happy with tap water and 1 small glass was brought out for each adult. No refill offered. all the menus are damaged and had to ask for prices. We ordered the most expensive tepanyaki meal for 2 $130 and werent offered to sit at the teppanyaki bar (which is part of the experience). And they served the salad-rice-miso too far apart instead of just before the main dishes were served.

We had two extra people attend our booking for 9 making it 11 as it was my birthday and was basically told no they could not stay and eat until I basically said we would all eat at another restaurant. We also had to ask for some water and glasses 4 times before getting one jug. The waitress to top it all off was extremely rude. The whole experience was poor to say the least and not one of us would go back.

Waited an hour for our food only to find out the order wasn’t even being made, while everyone else who came in after us got their food. Ended up leaving after being there for an hour and half and didn’t even receive an apology. Absolutely appalling service.

First time we've been there, and we were celebrating my grandson's 16th birthday. A very enjoyable lunch round the Teppanyaki bar. Much appreciated. (just a tiny bit disappointed that no-one spoke Japanese) It was such a great experience - we'll be back I'm sure
