Food was delicious with new items in the menu and prices have gone up at least $1 including the sauces. The restaurant has had some renos which look great. Looks like they’ve added a buffet menu. A few times now when I order the spring rolls or anything fried, they take over 20min to get to the table. Also, I don’t remember reading a time frame to stay at the restaurant so I felt a really rush while having dinner.

Loved it again! It's our 4th time back and they never disappoint!! Quick service, lots of options for everyone and we love bringing new friends over! I do wish they'd let us try the soups before we buy the entire bucket just incase we wouldn't like it & I also wish they'd top up the broth for us since being able to drink the broth is my favourite reason to visit King Hotpot unlike other Hot pot places where it's just a medium to cook the things in.

Enjoyed it for the 1st time, it is a little pricey and to be charged for salt and pepper is not right.

The overall experience was delightful. The food was delicious, the ambience was charming, and the service was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. However, the only downside to dining is the challenge of finding parking nearby, finding a spot can be quite a hassle, especially during peak hours.

First time hot pot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And when we left the lady gave me (mum) a mothers day present. So thoughtful and lovely. Definitely coming back and recommending this place.

Fabulous hotpot place. Clean, fresh, friendly staff, excellent soup bases and ingredients on the food train.

It was a different experience. The waitress took the time to clearly explain how it all worked which we appreciated. The only thing I would recommend is for them to cut the cabbage into smaller bite size pieces as it was hard to get it into your mouth without making a mess

Fun food to eat especially if you sit around the train.

Table of 4 didn’t see my cousin for a long time, arrive their and got offer the train seat, I asked if we could have a table instead and the answer was “you didn’t request one” I obviously didn’t know the layout of the restaurant and was just making a kind request if it was possible. She asked us to wait, so we did wait for 15 minutes few tables got ready and set and they set someone else from the queue while we were still waiting on the side. I then went back and asked if the clean table was ours, and got told to wait please. So she could continue to serve people in the queue that have arrived after us. Finally a young guy came to bring us to the table that I mentioned. Over all not the best customer service but food was good.

Fun dining experience. Was just not sure what some of ingredients were on the train. Morelabelling or a picture menu on table would be great.

The staff were lovely the only problem was that my drink took longer than my food to come I was halfway done with my meals by the time my drink arrived

The food was absolutely amazing. The ingredients were fresh, tasty and well cared for. The broth was the best I have tasted. Will definitely be going back again!
