Pleasant as always. Food was delicious and service was good.

Arrived at 6.12, ordered at 6.15, left at 6.34 without ever being served. Multiple groups that entered after me were served before I walked out.

Super busy, would have been better if the pots had been topped up , we were all running out of soup. Table really crowded and we only had four on a table for six no space to place hotpot selections.

There was no warning of 1 hour dining window at the time of booking. 1 hour for cooking your own and eating is way too rush. Not recommended for catching up with friends.

First time visit - welcoming greeting from very friendly male staff who taught us the concept. Love how each individual has their own soup but can share dishes together. Lots of variety to choose from. Will be back again.
