We had an amazing night. Food was fantastic and the staff were amazing. While we all walked away extremely full it was a bit more experience, and is a special occasion dining experience.

We loved our experience. It was our first time doing a teppanyaki experience and it was amazing our chef Ken was phenomenal and he made it so much fun. The food was a 10/10 and there was so much. We will definitely be back when we visit the GC again. I am glad we came across this gem of a restaurant.

Was great experience for the family at all ages and the customer experience was exceptional .Especially our chef Jeff/Issac was great at entertaining all that were present and cooked the food to perfection really making it a memorable experience for our family!

it's a good touristic restaurant to get you entertained. food isn't the best attraction to be honest, but they do have good service. i guess you know how to choose

The rushed us in and out. Terrible service. Staff were not friendly or helpful or attentive. They promised a show and there was not one. The chef did not engage much and did nothing really except cook the food -,he then threw food in prowl’s faces with terrible angles. I have been to many teppanyaki’s across Australia and Japan and this was by far the worst.

We were asked to arrive at 5.40pm for a 6.10pm start. At 5.30pm we received a text to say show starts at 5.40pm. We had to rush to try and make it, which was annoying. We booked for 8 people and they added 2 extra people, which is fine, however, out group of 8 were placed away from the grill and they were placed in front. 4 of us couldn't even see the chef cook . The food was delicious, but the show and cooking style lacked slot compared to other places we have been to. Everything felt rushed and like we were just a number, this is disappointing as our meal was over $850. We were out in less than an hour. I will not be recommending this place to anyone, if they are going for a fantastic night out and experience.

What a fantastic restaurant - foo, Service & the whole experience all match up! Our chef was amazingly skilled and very friendly and humorous too and gave everyone a great meal and enjoyable time… Best teppenyaki I’ve been to outside of Japan!

The chef was fine, but the wait staff were vacant & disinterested. Mixed up our childs meal, so consequently he was only served a bowl of steamed rice. No meat, veg, spring roll or dessert. And our adult meal servings were much smaller than the party we shared the table with? We left hungry and they left lots on their plates to get thrown out. For the price, I would have expected much better service. Very very disappointed

First time visiting teppanyaki restaurant. small wait time but able to use time to order drinks and go through menu. It was a very entertaining experience, and great food. catered for dietary needs, which was most appreciated. value for money. I would recommend, and I can't wait to go again.

We were greated with friendly staff The Teppanyaki menu was explained to us we ordered first, then taken to our seats at the bbq table Everything was cooked perfectly Beef, chicken, barramundi, prawns, fried rice, veggies and miso soup

The restaurant urgently needs renovation—everything looks old and dirty. I had to ask multiple times for a small portion of mayonnaise because my daughter doesn’t eat rice without it. My husband and I finished our meals, yet we were still waiting for it so she could eat. On the third request, I even had to stand up and look for a staff member to ask again, saying, “It’s just mayonnaise, could you please bring it now?” The staff seemed more focused on cleaning tables for closing than checking on our empty glasses or offering more drinks. The food was okay, but I won’t be returning.

Amazing, Paolo, our cook as fantastic, great sense of humour. We had both the classic and gourmet. Heaps of food. Not cheap but you get both dinner and a show, well worth it. Great experience 👍

Our favourite place to eat when on holiday on the Gold Coast. The staff are fantastic. The cocktails are delicious. A wonderful night out for all the family.

Our chef was fantastic, the kids absolutely loved it and it went down as the best meal of our holiday. My son now wants to be a tapanyaki chef, despite us living in Yorkshire.
