Food was good but show wasn’t great tonight, more or less watched our chef cook our dinner, minimal interaction, minimal tricks and laughs, compared to last two times left a bit disappointed

An uncomfortable experience. Our chef kept dropping slurs and making sexual jokes at a table that was half children. The food was expensive, tough and average at best, and they will try to upsell you on most things. We walked in off the street so that's on us, but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Something very different to the traditional Japanese Teppanyaki experience, but my wife and I had a great time interacting with the chef and the other guests at our table. The food was also fresh, well prepared and met our expectations as a value for money proposition.

Our booking was for 5:30pm so wait time and noise levels were not expected. Our wait staff were efficient and our chef was very interactive and personable. The chef made the experience.

The jokes that were told were beyond inappropriate in front of children. Just made everyone uncomfortable. The food had little flavor and the fried rice was overcooked to the point where it was crunchy. Just disappointed in the overall experience. Would recommend people skip this restaurant as there are many others to choose from.

Always a great meal. Your chefs are always entertaining and all staff are friendly and very quick with drink service.

Beautiful meal with amazing chefs. So entertaining. Meal was quite small but substantial and delicious. The process should have been explained better on arrival, is my only downside. As we've never had teppanyaki before, we had no idea what we were to do.

Our cook was super engaging and had a really good sense of humour.

I went with my pal to celebrate our birthday's as friends and it was fantastic! We started with Watermelon Mojitos (sooo good), then ordered the 'Happy Hour Banquet'. It came with Fillet steak, Teriyaki chicken and huge Garlic prawns, along with Miso Soup, salad, fresh grilled Vegetables and rice. Let me just say it was DELICIOUS!!!! The flavours were incredible and it was all cooked to perfection. Our chef gave us quite a show and sang us Happy Birthday and the staff were wonderful. We had the best time, and it was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Koo Koo Teppenyaki!
