Enjoyed but really not good value for money as I only got 1 small piece of the squid & 2 scallops in my serve which isn’t good enough for $70 Surf & Turf

This place is tired. The staff are order takers nothing more, their only hint at enthusiasm is the attempted upsell. We were charged for a 4+ star meal/service and received 2 star at best. The chef’s attempts at the standard teppanyaki tricks ALL failed, it was cringe worthy. The icing on the cake was when the chef insisted that it must be someone’s birthday and insisted the happy birthday song was sung by all??? These points were raised at bill paying time and 20% was deducted from our bill of $345. That’s 1 kids meal and 3 adults meals from the standard menu without any over priced up sells. And the worst part, even the kids thought it was a joke.

From the moment you walk in it’s a fun and lively environment and if you don’t mind a little bit of loudness it’s absolutely perfect, you can tell that all the people who work there are close/ are friends as they like to bounce off each other. You will hear lots of jokes and also enjoy a beautiful meal I will definitely come again

It was fun. Had to be reminded a couple of times that my son was allergic to egg (still threw it at him in the show), but we knew this might happen going in, and he handled it fine. Food was a bit salty. Maybe just have normal ice cream for the kids meal. Upgrading rice to chips for kids was good to have. Chef was lovely. Very organised. Central location. Overall great experience.
