Kuza Urban Japanese Food

The cocktails were on point as usual. The food was generally excellent, but the chawanmushi was disappointing. Staff were friendly and attentive Overall, a great dining experience.

Service was prompt and orders came to the table quickly. Nice atmosphere and decor. Food well presented, could just use a little more flavour. Cocktails were delicious.

Food is good and sake selection is commendable. Winners : sushi, sashimi, grilled chicken wings (although rather small pieces), half-shell scallops, pork ribs and desserts. Tempura was not bad, but soaked up quite a bit of oil from frying. Perhaps the oil wasn't hot enough. Service needs to be improved, took a really long time for food to be served, even though it was izakaya style.

Great service, atmosphere and food! Can't go wrong, wine list is also very complementary to dishes and style. Never had a bad meal which is one of my pet hates with places who serve great food one occasion and then terrible the next. Strongly recommended

Over priced, the food was ordinary. On a busy road so lots of cars driving past. The menu looked nothing like the web site. wouldn't go again.

Food was delicious. The only criticism is the dim lighting as my family are vision impaired we would benefit with brighter light setting. Pricing could have been better too.

Great food but 10% surcharge on public holiday not attractive. Otherwise god experience. I would recommend it on normal days to friends and family. Thanks

Great food, particularly the braised duck! Staff were less attentive than we would have expected seeing it wasn't overly busy. Will definitely go back to try different dishes.

Kuza was a fantastic Japanese restaurant, the service by floor staff was exceptional with waitresses offering to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. The menu is huge with a great selection of options, every dish we ordered was fantastic! The wine list is also quite good. The seating is a little cramped on the bench-seat side, however we were able to have a conversation without needing to raise our voices. I will return when next in Perth and would recommended trying it to others, it's a great date night spot!

Worth every cent will be back. Black Cod the best fish I have tasted in ages. Deserts were fantastic, good atmosphere & great company also made it an evening to remember.

Went there for my birthday dinner. They are more like fusion dishes instead of authentic Japanese dishes. But the foods were superb! Especially their black cod miso! Can go for theirs for a cheaper price rather than Nobu's.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend going back for either a quick bite or a sit down dinner. We will certainly be coming back!
