We’d been to La Quinta many times and loved it. It was a kid-friendly Mexican restaurant that was essentially “Americanised” .. right down to the little flag in a cactus to signal the waiters. It was a little noisy but the food was always great. But Monday night we were disappointed to return and find an entirely new menu. It is now much more sophisticated and traditional Mexican. No kids to be seen and much quieter - because it was half empty. On local advice I had something I was told was “close” to my old favourite but it wasn’t anything like it. Waitress said they were looking to bring back “some favourites” from the old menu ... I’d hope so because otherwise we won’t be going back.

We really enjoyed everything about our visit. Food ,service and Ambience .We were greeted by a lovely smiling young lady we have been many times before but have to say the food was of top quality with generous portion sizes and even better than before so much so we cant wait to return with our friends .Thanks everyone at La Quinta .

The food was served cold. There wasn’t enough space for our table to be seated properly, we were squished into the corner and then when we paid the manager argued with us, trying to force us to pay $70 for something we’d already paid for when we ordered it. Will never return.

Great flavoursome food , staff friendly and professional , good size portions for the price , definitely recommend.

Waiters were pleasant, helpful and prompt. Alcoholic beverages were nicely flavoured and bought to table fast. Food was made and bought to table fast. Food tasted great. Good for money. One plate is filling enough. Greatly satisfying experience overall. I have been there four times, they never fail.

Food was expensive for something that tasted mass produced and bland. Reasonable place to go as a large group but not as a couple ambience very loud unable to have conversation supposedly practicing social distancing but table next to us less than a metre away. Ordering system confusing poorly explained. Why have wait staff if they don’t need to take an order or help you. Sorry we really wanted to enjoy the night but this restaurant was a let down.

I love coming to this place and the food is really good but because of the restrictions we were told we only had an 1 hour and that's fine, we had only been there for about 40 mins and they got our bill and were kinda giving us the hint to leave but the other tables next to us were there before us and there seem to be no rush put on them + the table next to us knew the guy that worked there and his was sitting with them for a bit too. We just thought it was a bit rude.
