It would’ve been nice if the heaters had been turned on, because my elderly parents were very cold, but other than that it was a great night

Lunch today was such a lovely meal, the service we received from the 2 gentleman who served us was outstanding. Unknown to them, my son has Autism and the way they spoke to him, made him laugh, one in particular made what can be a stressful time for him, relaxed and enjoyable. The food was hot, fresh and perfectly cooked, the coffee was perfect. My elderly mum thoroughly enjoyed herself as well. Thank you

The customer service is fantastic. Unfortunatley my spaghetti marinara was absolute filth, most horrible and disgusting dish i have ever been served anywhere, ever. 2 undercooked prawns with the row still in them, 2 shriveled up clams and 2 extra clam shells with nothing in. A pile of over cooked spaghetti with some kind of tomato based sauce that was basically pure oil. All i coukd taste was oil. The chef was in a bad mood and wrecked my valentines dinner that was booked one month in advance, the meal was taken away after 2 mouth fulls and i was not charged for that meal. Staff were friendly and polite aswell as apologetic i give the waiting staff 10 out of 10 and fell bad that they had to apologise all night to everyone because of the pig chef. Ruined my night and was hungry for the rest of the night aswell.

We have visited La Vita on many occasions, which speaks for itself, I reckon. Always enjoyable meal and in a very happy atmosphere. BTW, it seems us that a good percentage of patrons of this Italian restaurant may match that style with their genes - that also speaks for itself.

Nice food, talkative waiter, very busy and loud unfortunately as it was packed. No prewarning lights were turned off twice for happy birthday to be sung to two patrons.

I love this place. Friendly staff but more importantly, great tasting food. I wish it was closer to me but the 45 minute drive is worth it.

Friendly staff but dare I say over-attentive? Food was tasty but slightly over-salted. Dessert was yummy but the zeppole was not quite cooked through.

The majority of guests enjoyed their meals - good size portions as the main course prices were generally around $28-$30. Unfortunately, one guest misread the Specials Board and thought the entree would be Whiting but was Whitebait; having not tried it before, found it 'too fishy' for their liking, but did not wish to raise this with the waiting staff due to misreading the menu option. Also the 'diet coke' was flat and fairly tasteless - even after the guest brought this to the waiting staff's attention and was given a new glass, they found it flat and tasting exactly the same. Unfortunately, the guest was not comfortable raising this a second time for a different soft drink.

Was pleasantly surprised at how busy it was for a Tuesday night. Staff were supportive of my teenage diet challenged daughter selecting a meal off the kids menu.

Food and service were great, a perfect way to spend an evening with work colleagues.
