Lovely fresh food and great service but very busy and very noisy

I rate the Bbq Seafood Plate I ordered a 10/10!

The staff were lovely, however the chicken caesar salad was awful. The lettuce was soggy and sitting in a watery liquid. The meal was tasteless. They said the lettuce had been soaking in a bowl of water??? They offered us a free drink, we excepted a coffee. They should have offered a refund!! Such a shame as we have had there caesar salad many times before and enjoyed it.

It was a Monday night so it wasn't busy. The chicken parmi was on special. Good value for money but the chicken is not as nice/tender as it used to be.

Too long to get a drink at the bar. Staff walked off and left the area. At one stage all 3 out of 4 staff in the inside section of the restaurant were all making cocktails and no one else was serving drinks.

Christmas dinner with my work mates, amazing food, amazing service and I think we all will be back

I got the chef special pollo alla penna with chorizo and spinach, there was few raw pieces of chicken lightly cooked on outside tried to cut into a couple of pieces it was hard and tuff thought it may off been over cooked so had a little piece to check and nope it was raw with the tomatoie base sauce it was hard to tell the raw pieces by looking at ate little bit of pasta and gave up

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the food was really really good and the service excellent. The friends I dined with live north of the river but they always request we meet for lunch at the Last Local.

It was just ok we were all a bit disappointed

My wife likes the grilled fish and chips. I'm happy with the 250gm Angus beef. Overall good experience and with return for more. :)

Barramundi was good but laying the fish on top of the chips was bad made my chips all soggy, should never lay food on chips, could have had a bit more in the salad, only half a cherry tomatoe 😔

The restaurant was extremely noisy and unpleasantly hot. The meal prices have increased significantly over the last couple of months and as an example $29 for fish and chips is a bit over the top.

The food was great and was served very fast and the entertainment was great

Always a fabulous meal,staff are a pleasure to be around. Beer was a bit on the warmer side,issue they were sorting.

If you have sauce on Barramundi please record it on the menu. The sauce ruined the fish

Generous portions, great value for money, beautifully fresh food. The Last Local delivers - and then some! Service was prompt and efficient, despite it being very busy.

Arrived at 7pm - 1 meal came out around 8ish, the rest about half an hour after that - most people seated were getting 1 meal served to their tables at a time - so you were either eating alone or having cold food when yhe rest arrived - the kitchen was in a shambles and sadly the quality of food showed that. Cant say I'd return (for food) - perhaps a drink.

Lamb was not fresh, and was not properly cooked we left without eating. Not enough wait staff they require customers to get their drinks from bar after being seated. Poor service poor food, just a newly renovated place. Disappointing!

The meatballs & fettucine dish should not have any chilli in it, the chilli doesn't suit the dish and as a result ruins what would be a tasty dish. The paella also had way too much chilli in it, there's no need to be throwing chilli into these dishes since it ends up backfiring and making the dishes too spicy to be enjoyable. Service was pretty poor, food came out at different times and one person was left waiting an exceptionally long time for their food. Servers seemed inexperienced and were unable in locating food to table numbers, also didn't show attention to clearing away dirty dishes from tables. Have to say the atmosphere was the best part of this place on this night.

Not sure how the award winning steak sandwich name comes about. Parmi was too cheese overloaded, tasted like frozen chicken and tinned tomatoes.

my steak was tough, hubbies chips were cold other 2 plates were ok

It was our first time there the staff were very friendly the service was fast the staff were fantastic and the food was beautiful will definitely go there again thank you to the staff

Meals served for only half table. Tried to wait ..but meals were going cold..felt bad with guest with waiting.

Kids burger was very soggy. Ordered dessert and after a 20 minute wait we asked about it. They had lost the order so then proceeded to make the dessert and deliver one by one. But when the first one was delivered after waiting 30 minutes we found out they didn’t have any vanilla ice cream which it was supposed to come with. We asked for the desserts to be cancelled and our money back. Won’t be going back there.

Great to sit in the outdoor new renovated area. Good to see that the new restaurant is open and prawn madras back in menu. Service slow though.

Seated next to the ordering line. Couldn’t hear ourselves talk. We were still eating entree and mains were delivered.
