About Lavoro Italian
Always packed and often rowdy, you’re likely to catch sight or sound of Lavoro Italian on Rockingham Beach Road before you catch whiff of the deliciousness on offer inside (or out, on their street-front al fresco eating area). Offering an authentic Italian experience from crisp service to a jovial atmosphere, Lavoro Italian is very hard to beat if you want proper thin-crust pizza, hearty pasta dishes, a superb selection of wine and delicious desserts at very reasonable prices near Rockingham’s city centre. Just bear in mind that Lavoro Italian could hardly have a more prime spot – right on the waterfront at the edge of Rockingham Foreshore Reserve – and, as mentioned above, it is always humming so if you don’t have a reservation before you arrive you may be sorely disappointed!

Always a pleasure to dine here. The food and service is great! Always a great selection of specials on the board and the prices are very reasonable.
All ways great food and great value. Always greeted warmly and great service. Would recommend any wanting to eat Italian to eat here well worth it.
Great food, great value for money. Will definitely go there again. Will recommend to my friends. Great atmosphere for young and old to enjoy at will.
The food was amazing. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. The staff were excellent. It will definitely be a restauarant we will go back to
We had our first meal at Lavoro last night. The latest booking it did was 6:30pm, which was earlier than we would liked but we just managed to get there in time after work on Wednesday. It was quiet when we arrived and packed within an hour. I had the seafood Firenze, which was delicious. The hubby opted for the Notebook pizza, cheese, pepperoni, rocket, Margherita sauce and chillis. The pizza, although large, could have done with a thicker base and unfortunately, the chillis were as spicy as a capsicum. Saying that, there was plenty of choice on the menu and generous serves, which everybody else seemed to be enjoying. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean. They even had a heater on for the cold night. The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent and the vibe in the room very good. I would recommend Lavoro for a relaxed, casual meal, suitable for small or large groups. A taste of Italy on our doorstep. They have an outdoor area facing the beautiful Rockingham beach Foreshore, which would be a great spot for breakfast or lunch on a sunny day. It's easy to find and there is plenty of parking available nearby.
My partner and I had a most enjoyable meal. Beautifully cooked and very generous serves. Friendly and welcoming hosts and efficient staff. We always have a good meal there. Just wish it was not so noisy but we find all restaurants very noisy these days.
