The grilled fish was a little dry and the salad a bit tired. Otherwise a good experience.

A bit of a mix up w the booking, but was able to sort through email. A phone contact would have been easier, or more options on the booking form…change of name & indoor/ outdoor choice. Apart from that, love, love the new menu.

Venue very pleasant and relaxing. Meals were very tasty and nicely served.. surprised that Gin/wine tasting was now $10 a person! Cakes and sorbet delicious!.. found menu lacking enough information on each dish as to what it was actually served with and the front of house girl had no idea either and was quite off putting when we asked for more information. Coffee nice but once again lacking information on available tea blends.

Nice location basic set up n it’s always a let down when a venue is full of staff n the pricing is on the higher side n your requested to go up to the counter order n pay in advance, this is cafe style not restaurant style? Food was basic for its pricing yet tasty for deep fried food, again cafe style not restaurant n resturant pricing. Would we visit again yes on a warm day outside to have a tasting n snack only. If a venue wants to charge restaurant pricing n provide cafe style quality n service it should engage with it’s overall customer experience n expectations provided in their PR, photos etc etc

The service time for our food was terrible. Was a wait of at least 90 mins. The meals were fantastic after we actually got them. Had we not pre paid we would have left earlier

We had a lovely visit and lunch. The lady who looks after the wine and gin tasting( so sorry her name escapes me atm) is so welcoming and lovely. The restaurant had a happy cosy atmosphere, again, very welcoming, it was vibrate in sound but that's the vibe and we really enjoyed our lunch. The Shepards pie wasn't really a "shepards pie" more of a lamb stew with a dollop of potato placed on top. The gravy was bit on the runny side, still tasty just runny. The price points are high for rustic dishes. Would we visit again and recommend. yes we would ☺️

Nice venue with a great ambiance and friendly staff. We enjoyed our visit. The food and service were good. Whilst we appreciate your website advises no dogs (big/small old or young), if you reconsidered this position and permitted dogs on a leash into say the garden sitting area only, that would be amazing :)

We did a tasing and lunch at Lawnbrook, it was amazing! The Beef Cheeks were beautiful and the crispy Sweet potato on top was a highlight for me! Our group of 9 pre-ordered so there was no wait then we sat on the lawn and enjoyed a wine. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend!
