Customer service is appalling. Such a shame too as when it was Great Expectations, the venue exceeded expectations! The young waitress who works there needs a major attitude adjustment, as well to develop a stronger work ethic. She was rude, dismissive, ordering where to sit as another dog there didn’t like other dogs, and then accusing me of my dog causing a mess when this another dog actually did, and putting up an argument with me about dog bags? I even offered to clean up this other dog’s mess! She just rolled her eyes and walked off! This brat avoided waiting our table, instead just standing around at the counter inside. We had to prompt for service twice, being waited on at 1PM after a 12PM booking, with her then telling my lunch companion items on the menu were unavailable as the menu was new and she didn’t know how to order from their supplier. The food then arriving at 1:45PM (a panini and a salad) when they were only 4 patrons in the entire establishment. Her mother too was very rude and forceful when we went to pay, barking at me of where to tap my card. The elderly gentleman who was bringing out food and clearing up was a darling, but would otherwise never recommend this “dog friendly cafe” to anyone.

The food was excellent however one of our party had to wait quite a while until her food was served.. menu choices were restricted to one colum on the menu but the food quality was very good

Seafood pasta was amazing , lovely venue and friendly helpful staff

They had no coffee beans to make any coffee. Food was cold very disappointing

I visited with four friends last Sunday. We all enjoyed our food selections and would like to thank the management and staff for their courtesy and customer service.

There were 9 of us for a birthday lunch, great service and easily accommodated the extra guest and our older parents. Great quality and generous portions of food; (and wine) at not over inflated prices. Also no additional charge for bringing in our own cake. We’ll definitely be back!
