The young staff were terrific. If it wasn't for them and the nice chicken meals, l may have scored our experience lower. We waited 1 hour and 10 mins from when we ordered our mains. The steaks were incorrectly cooked and bite size. One onion ring tower was perfect, the other burnt. We commented on them to staff but after waiting so long, we'd eat just about anything. Thankyou to the happy, smiling waitress that catered to our needs the best she could.

Slow service. Was not informed of the 1.5hr wait for meals. Cajun chicken was bland and had no flavour whatsoever. Charged for drinks that we didn’t order

The food was very nice and good value the staff friendly only one negative it was s cold evening and the restaurant was cold we had to keep our coats on

Meals were good value for money. Was difficult to read menu due to lighting & they took a while to clear the table when finished eating.

We had a great lunch at Lone Star today. Servings were generous, looked great on the plate and cooked to perfection. Meals did take a little time to arrive considering how early we were. But a great lunch and would definately reccommend .

Great food and they even sang happy birthday to my husband and gave him a brownie. The ribs were tender and super yummy and the staff were friendly

Great food (loved the all you can eat ribs and wings) and service (friendly and prompt) but was a little bit cold in the restaurant.

Some of the employees were quite rude and ignored customers. The girl taking payments looked extremely young and was so terribly shy, probably not the best impression to put her out front.

It was very nice staff were great and helpful will definitely fo back again lovely and fast food we were not waiting for very long

Dinner was worth the wait. The staff were very nice and got us everything we needed.

the kids hamburger pattie was raw. The 2nd kids meal came out 15minutes after all other meals - they were nuggets and just from the fryer so my 3 yr old couldnt eat for a further 15mins til they cooled down. The waitress couldnt tell us what beer was on tap, didnt know was a xxxx Beer was, and we had to point to all our orders on the menu as she didnt know what we wanted.

The restaurant was very clean. The staff was super and friendly. All of our meals were delicious, I'm pretty sure my salad was the best I've ever had in my life.

Amazing customer service as always. We are regulars at Lone Star and are never disappointed, the food is always delicious, quickly served and with a friendly smile. It was my husband's birthday this time and he was generously served a sparkler brownie with ice cream to top off the meal. Couldn't be happier, will continue to go back for more!

it took 20 minutes for someone to take our order - we had 2 small children with us and their attention span does not go that long :(

Sat by a cold door and were freezing. Meals were mediocre, ribs had hardly any meat on them and schnitzel was dry and overcooked. Asked for another drink, left before it was even delivered. Overpriced.

Delicious food and the onion rings were to die for. Staff were attentive and friendly. $6 cocktails were a bonus. We will definitely be going back.

40 mins before anyone served us,meals not served at the same time, drinks finally arrived after we were eating. service was very slow and poor.

We were there for 3 hours, didn’t get 4 of our orders, every time it took about half an hour for a glass of water

Food wasnt that good and after we received our mains waited over 5minutes just to get cutlery after asking 2 different people. Wont be going back.

Always a pleasant experience at Lonestar. Always good customer service and food. Everyone always has a good time. I’m a regular and swear by this place. The garlic bread is the best I’ve ever had.

The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic. Went there for my nephews birthday and he loved the all you can eat, they also gave a complimentary bday cake for him.

Food was tasteless and boiled. Disgusting. No atmosphere. Music too loud. Never going back. I won't be recommending this place to friends and family. Big disappointment.

Food was delivered to table in timely manner. There was promotional drinks throughout the night. Some staff were better than others ie didn’t know what the menu consisted of. Overall it was a good night out

Food was fabulous ... Decor was great. Staff were very helpful & friendly.. We drove an hour for our anniversary as we like to have ribs & they didn't disappoint (we don't go out much having two babies!) It didn't totally fill me up though but the cheesecake was amazing!!!

The staff could not find our cake. Food half got to the table food had to be returned hard as a rock. One staff member very rude. Rest of the staff very nice

Service was beyond frustrating! Slow & spermatic. Took 3 trips to bring 2 mains & a side! 10+ minutes the mains. Had to ask 3 times for peanuts, last thing brought! Waitress had little knowledge of the menu. 8:30 @ night so being busy was not a issue. Major training off all the staff needed!!

Absolutely ridiculous place. Waited over 1 hour 15 mins after we ordered for someone to even come up to us and say “what did you order again?” Which ended with us leaving the restaurant and going to grilld across the road and was in and out in half the time we were even at lonestar.

the staff were wonderful.. the food.. well..ahhck.. it was nice... even the baking paper one of my friends found under her meal..the chef does need to up his game on how to cook steak.. 2 of our party asked for rare steak but got medium steaks.. and the size of the steaks, well that left a bit to be desired.. . the noise however.. omg..!!! we wont be back as it was just tooooooooooo noisy. We couldn't hear each other talking.. I feel sorry for the staff having to work in that noise level.. We thought the meals were too pricey for the size of the meat. the ribs were the only food worth the price but really, a competitor down the road is cheaper and nowhere near as noisy.. The $4.00 beers were good and the $3.00 cocktail was a nice touch too.. but we cant fault the floor staff, they were great.. especially the 2 ladies that were our hostesses..

Bad service waited an hour and a half for our food to come out only for it to be cold. Poor service and poor quality food.

Meal great and service better. Ribs are to die for. Have been many times and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Didn't get given cutlery for about 10 minutes after meals arriving... a small nit pick but quite annoying watching the food get cold in front of our eyes. Had to chase down a knife and fork on our own.

Great service and food. Great drink specials too. Would recommend to try this place if you like tender ribs and steaks. $3 cocktails on the pop up 15minute ssles where great value too

Very friendly service. We booked a party of 4 with a pram and when we arrived a table with heaps of space was waiting for us. Big portions - good value for money
