Had a really good experience here. The service staff were excellent, from arrival through meal and drinks service to final payment of the bill, we were very happy. The food was served all at the same time with only a moderate, perfectly acceptable wait time. Food was well prepared, hot and tasty. No complaints from of the 8 people at our table. Thank you to the Chef and kitchen staff. We recommend Lone Star Riverton for a pleasant, casual dining experience.

Initially, everything went well until the end when the manager refused to honour using two entertainment vouchers for a table of ten. I looked up the faq on the entertainment book and it actually allowed. Copied and pasted terms and conditions from the entertainment book website. Not happy ! 4. When more than two people dine together, how many Gold Cards / Vouchers / Digital Memberships can be presented? When up to 3 people dine together: 1 Card / Voucher / Digital Membership may be presented When 4 or 5 people dine together: 2 Cards / Vouchers / Digital Memberships may be presented When 6 or more people dine together: 3 Cards / Vouchers / Digital Memberships may be presented

We ordered 4 meals. 2 came out. Then waited about 10 minutes before 1 more meal came out. Then 5 minutes late last meal came out. Would of been nice to have all 4 meals come out at same time.

Steaks not cooked as requested, ribs were not tasty, chips unseasoned. Average service.

It was quieter than on Thursday nights and the wait staff were very attentive.

Good service but venue was extremely quiet probably due to maybe rainy weather and football derby.lots of Peanuts shells on the floor under an empty long table was not a good look, Seems as though the cashier doesn't clean up floor mess as he sat at a table oblivious to the mess.
