Pricing decent for the amount served. Taste is good better then some other rib places nearby. Ambience is good for family. Pretty casual. Could do with better trained staff and more attentive to customer needs.

Too expensive and the beef after cooked its apprearance and taste so dry and also the potato chip is too small portion. The size of resto is ok.

Very accomodating when it got busy quickly, booking was a good idea even on a Monday, very tasty food, everyone enjoyed their meals and we will be back.

Staff were great. Atmosphere was good. Food was wonderful. Peanuts are always good. Just wish I could fit dessert in but with such a big main meal, that doesn’t happen.

Waiter was unsatisfactory. Too personal in his comments, not attentive enough to the details which were pertinent - our menu choices, cutlery, water etc. The meal was adequate.

Lack of staff, service was handled by staff who looked like they didnt wanna be there, waiter knocked over another cudtomers drinking glass and broken glass was all over the floor.

Great staff, great service, great entertainment and affordable prices. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Always enjoy our meals from here. Thank you to the staff

Good service, really good food. Quite kmpressed. The price was quite reasonable. The staff tried to talk you into having more food but resisted as portsoon sized were good. Will return.

Great service and great atmosphere. The live music on Saturday night was really great as it lighted up the atmosphere. Ribs was great, extra sauce would be better.

We had a big group for 2 birthdays. We got there early so wasnt too many people. I'm not sure if the people that were working were new but didnt have much clue about anything. Smaller portions than usual, never got asked for drinks again, my sister waited almost half an hour to get a coke, never got asked if we wanted dessert. They didnt even come clean our plates, we left with them still on the table. We go every year for birthdays but will not be returning to riverton store, I will travel abit further to Cockburn where we get excellent service

The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was amazing. Steak was cooked perfectly. My friend had squid which was tender and juicy. Will definitely return.

Pork ribs, Steak & cocktails are great but not so much on beef rib. Didn’t know about any of the special until we ordered so prob need to promote better besides wall ad.

The staff were very friendly and great service. Will definitely go again and take family and friends with us. Keep up the great service guys.

Food was amazing and the service fast and efficient. Only downer was a couple female staff that were running past constantly were making me cold. I understand they were just trying to get the job done faster but running inside a restaurant was a bit much.

Drink came out in a cracked and chipped glass. Didn't notice until a few sips were taken which was scary. But staff were amazing and dealt straight away with friendly attitudes.

Only one waitstaff at front till 1200. He was trying very hard to take orders, make drinks and upsell at the same time. There was one runner but I can sense that he was not trained to be on the floor yet so he reluctantly helped. Your staff roster needs to adjust to suit the location and meal period. People who come to the shops may dine early and starting your staff at 1100 ish may help ease the burden on the existing staff. We had to wait for more than half an hour for the meal but the steaks were good and the price was also reasonable. This is not a complaint but to help improve your service. I saw quite a few unhappy diners leaving the restaurant today and thought to drop you a line. I am an ex-hospitality manager and a current hospitality lecturer who can relate to usual operational problems but from constructive feedbacks, we all can improve. Thanks to the young man served our table today.

Apart from a bug in my daughters icecream, we had a lovely family dinner. The food was delicious and customer service was spot on! Kids loved it.

Delicious food, very generous serving sizes. Wait staff were great, very patient with our inquisitive kids. Very affordable kids meals and they loved the all you can eat ice cream.

A very enjoyable meal. We've been here several times, and have always eaten outside as the music has been too loud in the restaurant. However it was great tonight and the whole experience was great.Excellent service too.

Waiter was new but very friendly, should have repeated our order back to us as he made a small mistake but it was easily fixed so all good, food was consistent with previous visits so we will happily return again

Waited for an hour or more for the food to arrived on our table. 1 bottle of water allowed on each table (10people). Chips were cold and soggy and steak was over cooked.

Disappointed ordered onion rings and had to ask 4 people where the onion tower we ordered was but the time it cam out the meal was done No cutlery on the table Table still wet from staff wiping it Excuse was the girl serving was a trainee but the trainer wasn’t making the onion rings and so we won’t be returning They don’t even answer the phone for making a booking from 4.30-5.30 the phone was never picked up I had to ring the Cockburn lone star to ask is Riverton restaurant open
