LUCA didn’t begin as a business plan. It began as a desire to create a space where food felt real again. Where people could connect over a great cup of coffee, a slice of something unexpected, or a plate that reminded them of home (only better).
We started as a small café tucked away in Joondalup, serving a menu rooted in flavour and guided by a deep respect for ingredients. From day one, we chose to do things differently. We reimagined and refined the existing flavor, wrapped into something new and exciting. We introduced bold drink options like pistachio and tiramisu lattes before they were trending. We listened to our customers, refined our craft, and built something that became more than just a place to eat, it became a part of the community.
