Very pleasant. Good value for money. If only I could eat more! Need better cheese knives and crackers. Crackers weren’t paired to the type of cheese - Vedic water crackers and rice crackers, I expect better from the Langham. Soft cheese knife for all types of cheeses which made the hard cheese crumbly

Range of food lacking, long wait for table service - 45 mins to get a glass of wine. Limited selection of sweets considering it’s a buffet. If you are not a seafood eater then it’s not value for money.

Not much selection. Crab was awful and fishy, dont eat the crab!!

We opted for the a la carte menu instead of the buffet. They forgot to bring our cocktails- we had to remind them. Then they brought the wrong entree. We waited 1 hour after the entrees for the mains. The rockling was tough and cold. The flat head was just fried fish, overdone, and the rocket salad was not fresh. Definitely not 5 star. Very disappointing.

The food was delicious and there was a large variety. The customer service was great. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed with our seating - I booked a week ago and would have preferred a window table. Instead, we were shoved down the back bordering the Aria Lounge - no view or atmosphere. The restaurant wasn't even full. Also, I think the Melba is overpriced. I prefer Mesh or Conservatory for atmosphere, food and price.

A family birthday including young children. Everyone enjoyed the food and the relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very attentive and responsive to requests. Loved the smile on the attendants face!

It was great if you liked seafood. If not it was pretty mediocre, I would suggest a nice piece of steak would be great; Other than that staff very professional and friendly.

Great choice of food and selection of seafood. The sashimi was cut to order and five star presentation. Pasta and noodles cooked to order. Food was outstanding.

I was a little disappointed.. food looked And tasted a little dry.. Not as fresh as inviting as normal.. people were dressed in very casual clothes.. ie tracksuits.. dress code is very important.. we probably won’t come again..

Inform people more directly about the stairs when going back down from the 9th. It felt unsafe to wait so long for the lifts

Horrible , cheap nasty food and rude service with deceptive pricing. Plus grubby surrounds. Why on earth anyone gives a good review is astounding .

Good atmosphere with good food. Japanese food is my favourite among the buffet options.

Overall it was very disappointing, especially for the December pricing. Apart from the seafood, there wasn’t a very big range of food options. The waitress was also very quick to take our plates, even when we were still eating and the temperature inside was very hot and unpleasant.

I felt the menu was much the same as any other time of year although we were charged more per head which was disappointing. Food was lovely but the desserts were a let down. Overall good experience but really a little over priced.

Magnificent choice of food lobster tails were a highlight, great service and beautiful setting

The visit was a Christmas treat for my son. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome.

Nothing great. Don't get all the rave reviews. Basically big breakky and a few add ons for $49. Best breakky in Melbourne!!?? You're kiddin me. Half the things ran out about half way. Yea a bit disappointed. So glad we used the Entertainment vouchers. Not returning.

Food options were as vast as your average buffet dinner . Price is not justified for lack of variety and not a high quality of food. Request for a window seat and special occasion was looked after which was much appreciated . Service was great , staff were friendly . However for the price you pay it is unjustified and will not return .

Great location and atmosphere. Good selection of food especially if you like seafood. Plenty of other choices too including roast meat, curries, salads and veggies. Fantastic choice of desserts.

Nice atmosphere and waitress is helpful. Unfortunately the prawn and lobster not really fresh and the oyster are pretty small size. Dishes can be moderately increase.

The waiters and waitresses are nice but senior staff at cashier was not friendly. Highly recommend the hotel provide free parking for restaurant guests. We were charged whole day parking though we stayed only 2 hours.

We had our wedding anniversary at Melba and totally happy. The food, the service and the atmosphere are brilliant. Definitely with come back for other events.
