Delicious as usual! Unfortunately they can't do the Rice balls vegetarian as the sauce has fish sauce in it which was a bit disappointing. Peanut sauce on noodles was yummy

My Friend brought their toddler, and even though the she didn't eat the food there the staff were nice enough to bring her a Pooh bear dining set to use

Always yummy food, with excellent friendly staff around. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homely. I would highly recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

Nice place for a catch up lunch near Melbourne University. Always busy, so good to go earlier and book a table for larger groups. Food is usually pretty good too, though sometimes inconsistent.

The food was delicious. It was early in the day so still quiet which meant our food arrived quickly though that isn't always the case.

Delicious food, fresh ingredients, generous portion size and prompt service. Pork bun was yum but really spicy and hotter than anticipated chilli wise. Jasmine tea was divine.

I always tell a restaurant by the smell when I walk in. It was divine - the warmth of the cooking smells envelopes. Menu was excellent with a lot of variety to suit any palate. House white wine was very good. Enjoyed. I am a returning customer and am sure to be back again in the future. Thank you.

I've been to Middle Fish plenty of times, often for working business lunches. Today was really disappointing - we waiting almost an hour for lunch, after being handed a specials list and menu and being left to wait, and wait, and wait (the special one my colleague ordered not actually available - but no mention when seated). Then a long, long wait for food and when we told the waitress we would need to leave very soon (an hour in) were brushed off. All places have an off day, and today was one of those.

The restaurant was nice. Very bad service though and the food was a 5/10, was pretty much white washed Thai food. Most likely wouldn't go again

It was a crappy experience to be blunt. My order was wrong, including my colleague's. The food was late. We were not served in the first 30 minutes sitting down. A colleague stood up and chased your staff literally across the restaurant to tell you that we were ready to order. Would not recommend anyone.

Great food. Clean and fresh. Good vibe but not too loud. will go there again. The menu says, "No split bills in peak times" which, for a work lunch is a bit awkward, but they happily split ours

Five of us went for a work lunch. The food is generally quite good, but this time around it was rather bland. My fishcake burger was not spiced enough, and the green curries around the table were only so so.

I enjoy Middlefish's friendly service and tasty and fresh meals. You can tell they put love into what they do because it's always excellent quality ingredients.

Service was attentive. Accommodated to our special requests for food as we had 3 young kids with us. Not big eaters, so servings were more than sufficient for us

The place had a nice atmosphere, however I feel it's overpriced and the food wasn't great. I wasn't really satisfied and am not planning to come back

The barrista was very rude. The waiter took wrong order on our drink so we told the waiter. Then barrista walked to our table and said with attitude that she made drink as per order and slammed drink glasses on our table.

Very tasty, and good service. Personally, I would like a few more vegan options, but I really enjoyed what I had. Also they don't sell alcohol, but overall very much enjoyed the experience and I will go back.

Lovely atmosphere and some of dishes we tried were fantastic (spring roll, steamed buns, pork belly and broccoli). However, I felt that the service was somewhat lacking with staff unable to tell us what some of the vaguely named dishes tasted like, and no one came around during our meal to see if we wanted anything else although they seemed to having plenty of staff working. Having said that they were very friendly and appear to work a long day.
