The service by the order taker was good but the delivery was really poor. The chicken pops were cold, the burgers took forever to come out and weren’t very big. I ordered a shot and it took 20mins to come out, while waiting I ordered one of the special cocktails and it came out well after I’d finished my meal (about 20mins) and I didn’t finish it as I was already full and had to leave to make it home in time. My friend ordered her at the same time and she had finished hers by the time mine came out.

The burgers and food were tasty and fresh but way overpriced for a burger. We received them Quickly however the 3rd meal hadn’t come out until well after we had finished ours.we had to pull up a waiter to ask if they had forgotten it. He returned to say it was cooking and would be 2 minutes. It was forgotten because it did not come out for another 10 minutes. Besides it being way to expensive (even on a normal day let alone public holiday surcharge) the lack of acknowledgment at forgetting our meal was disappointing from a customer service point. Cocktails were amazing.

We were greeted on entry with joy. Service from Jess & Paul was exceptional - was like being with friends rather than just staff and though we are in the older market, we were made to feel comfortable in the hip environment. Enjoyed the DJ with a wide variety of music. Cocktails were great, food was super tasty and even the upsell of shots was done with style and not pushed. Thanks for a brilliant night, we will all be back!

Vibrant and funky but also loud so don't come for a romantic night. The food and cocktails were good but took longer than expected to arrive and we got close to our 1.5hr time limit eating on the hour. We had ordered within 5 minutes. We ordered 1 serve of churros to finish but got 2 then were told have it and it's on us but we paid for 2 as we didn't bother questioning and just paid the bill at the front and realised after. Overall a good experience but we won't rush back.

The employees were rude, and they messed up our order and after all of that we didn’t get 2 drinks we ordered whilst only having a small time limit to eat our food.

Was a great night but seems after they sit you and get your order they don't come back very often they advertise 30 different tequilas on there page and I asked the waitress she said she knew nothing about them. Sad cause it could be great all round

Quick to be seated, waitress let us settle in and was over to explain the ordering process and asked us for drinks, she answered all our questions about the menu. Food was delicious. Cannot wait to come back to try the cocktails without the kids.

IF YOU ARE ON A DIET DO NOT GO HERE. 😂 This was our first visit to Milky Lane. We have 2 VERY VERY loud toddlers so we usually don't go anywhere for this reason. It was perfect for our kids who love to eat and actually had no issue sitting in the highchairs and eating lunch. Music was louder than most venues and they bopped away to it and enjoyed their lunch...without causing any issue for other diners. We didn't have to wait long and our orders were taken and drinks served up really quick and the kids meals came out really fast. Now for our food...OH MY BLOODY GOODNESS absolutely awesome. Everything was soooo good. $45 taster platter fabulous to try a few things at once - Kanye, loaded fries, mac n cheese, popcorn chicken, snickers thickshake all perfect. Also added a lil weezy too. Loved every bite. Staff were friendly. Great service great food. Hands down now one of my fav places.

We had to ask the waitstaff for some food that was ordered and didn’t come out, took quite a while to be bought out after asking. Overall, the service was quite good.

Over priced for food, pictures on menu looked nothing like the size of what was served. Music to loud, hard to have a conversation with guests or waitress. Over all experience, would not recommend.

Not my favourite place, seems a bit over hyped. But all in all, not too bad.
