Loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place, didn't love the fried chicken burger had a strange after-taste and heavy on the mustard, but the kids burger and Kevin Bacon were good. Fries and popkorn chicken were great we loved the dipping sauces. Thought the milkshakes were small compared to photos we'd seen and the price. Thought it was good overall but not something we'd do often as it was expensive.

Way too long to for orders to be taken and even longer just for drinks that were only milkshakes even though it wasn't that busy.. Food was great though.

Great burger and even went and brought the ingredients they were missing for the Bubble o Bill cocktail as thats what I wanted to order so they made it happen.

Love the style of menu that dares to challenge traditional recipe styling. Our meal was delicious.

Bad Food bad drink and bad service. We’re ordered pop korn chicken, it was very different from the picture in ig. The Rose Watermelon cocktail was so normal and light as water. The waiters were not passionate on serving us, they should more familiar with the menu.

Great food, poor service, meant to be able to stay for 1 1/2 hours and only got 1 hour with food ordered had 15 minutes to eat.

First time here and it was fantastic!! Will be coming back!!

From the moment we walked in our experience was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Our server was phenomenal and she deserves a raise!

First time visiting and was a really good experience, food was soooo good. It was however very loud in there and hard to have a conversation with everyone at the table unless you are shouting at each other

Customer service was extremely poor throughout our whole time. Food was fairly average. Atmosphere was cool but the music was far too loud the staff member taking our order couldn’t even hear us. Wait times for a drinks was huge. Wouldn’t recommend and wait

Over priced Noise levels to loud if you are over 21years of age find another place. Will not be back

The staff and food were incredible, but the music was FAR too loud to be enjoyable. It was painfully loud, to the extent of the staff needing to basically yell overtop in order to confirm your order. As I stated at the beginning though, I could not fault the staff whatsoever, and they were incredibly kind when we decided to revert to takeout, as we couldn’t stay in the loudness for any length of time. Would recommend to everyone, but the volume of the atmosphere is hard to overlook.

Lovely atmosphere. Staff were fantastic - very friendly and accommodating. Meals were good, the burgers are very good. One suggestion though it would be nice to have fries served on the side of the burger, the burger looked a little lonely all by itself lol. But yeah for $17 I kinda expected a few fries with the burger. Milkshakes were next level, albeit a little on the pricey side. But the kids loved them Overall, nice visit though, we'll be back!

The food was tasty and the drinks were yum but the wait staff seemed very disorganised. Our food was brought to your table at different times and one of my friends ordered a think shake and they forgot about it. We had to ask 4 times where it was until it was finally delivered. I also don't feel like social distancing was practiced well as the restaurant was jammed packed full of people.

Great place always enjoy the food but found tonight the service was a bit lacking in enthusiasm and wait times were longer then most other visits we have had even when its been busier. Had to find the waiter twice to request things we wanted. food is fantastic and very filling with great value for money

Food was amazing as usual, Service was good, but when we finished our meals we wanted to order desserts and more drinks and with only one other table in the restaurant we really had try and get one of 3 waitresses attention for one of them to come over and see what else we wanted. Only short coming with regards to value is the cockatails. I had a Coco pops cokctail and the the Bueno and I found that both actually lacked any alcohol in the drinks, at least it didn't feel like it had enough alcohol, please note I'm not a big drinker normally but we were out celebrating a work thing and wanted to enjoy some alcoholic drinks.

The girl who took our money was rude. She charged us for water that should be free and we never got. Food came out fast, but we had to remind many times for our drinks. One of our party got incorrectly charged for the $5 water.

*Staff showed us to our table, placed the menus on the table then left. For first time customers we had no idea what was good on the menu and what the specials were. *Music was too loud, *The pink light around the bar was blinding, Ended up ordering a milky cheat platter with chic Kanye burger. Burger had too much sauce that it just fell apart, *Menu is hard to read, *Not many choices of beer on the menu. *My partner had a coors beer it was warm and the glass was dirty as the beer had no head.

have been here multiple times with my partner everytime has been amazing untill this time when we dined. at the end of the meal i made a complaint to the waiter that served us, i expressed my concern about the loaded fries having way to much sauce. the waiter then went to the kitchen and air quoted my concern and mocked about it. it was ment to be a nice night out with my partner but made to feel uneasy with the waiter making fun of what i had to say. very disappointing.

Great all round except one waitress who may have been having a bad day and just slumped our food down on the table in a very cold and abrupt way. Otherwise all the other staff were lovely. Service was quick and the food was delicious.

I expected something different based on the Facebook posts I have seen. I thought Milky Lane was a menu full of crazy milkshakes. The only crazy milkshake was a monthly promotion and it was all sold out, which was a disappointment for my first experience. I wouldn’t visit again based on the misinterpretted advertising.

Food was great! Staff were great! A little disappointed their milkshake machines weren’t working and didn’t get to try one, but I will be back for sure!
