Vietnamese food is the focus and the menu is a mix of classic dishes given a modern twist. Salt and pepper squid, crispy pork belly and roast duck are all available, alongside other Asian dishes, like laksa or stuffed eggplant. There’s also a lunch menu that offers a limited number of dishes that are served with steamed rice for a fantastic price. The restaurant is large and the high-ceilings create a great atmosphere. With modern decor and food this good, it’s easy to see why Mister Minh on Bridge Road is already a Melbourne favourite.
