Sweet potato and kale bubble and squeak with two free range poached eggs, Paleo Ghee Hollandaise Sauce , thyme feta cheese and dukkah. Add pulled slow cooked pork +$5

Smashed avocado with fetta, charred corn, quinoa, poached eggs topped with spiced nuts and zaatar dressing on sourdough bread. Add smoked salmon or organic bacon for $5
