New menu item-3 C fried noodles is refreshingly nice!
Glad they have the prawn noodle soup back on the menu for the weekends
Been coming here for awhile now and tried the new menu- sambal Mee Goreng is wonderful. And the crispy egg gravy seafood noodles is worth a try too.
There's a new menu as there's a new chef. Check it out! I took their suggestion and tried canton chow mee - crispy with egg sauce.
had the roti canai that was sensational - hokkien noodle with the most sweet luscious sauce ever and sweet and sour pork with rice - that too was big chunks of lovely pork with not much batter chinese tea pot for 1 ($1) total just under $30 for 2- will definitely be going back!
Great Malaysian food. Help yourself service, but very quick. All the food is cooked fresh and is wonderfully Malaysian. Ambience is a bit cafeteria like with TV going and lots of people everywhere, but with such good food, who needs anything else!
The prawn noodle soup is very authentic and tasty and being a little spicy is perfect for cold weather. The Ipoh Kway Teow soup has a clear, simple broth that complements the fish balls and cakes very well.
Our booking was at 6pm but we were about 20 minutes late and they were fine with it. We had the bbq pork noodles which was huge and tasty and the mee Goreng was spicy.
Second time here, decided to try the rice dishes, the sweet and sour rice is good! The marmite pork rib rice was not bad but prefer more gravy otherwise quite dry. Lor mee was average as sauce not sticky enough
Good food usually but unfortunately this visit they ran out of prawn noodle soup. And the sweet and sour pork wasn’t great as it had a smell. We feedback and they gave us a free cold drink which was nice.
