It was our first time to this place. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service throughout the meal was great. The food was very tasty, authentic Malaysian food. It was an enjoyable experience in all.
I was slightly disappointed on this visit as the roti canai / roti telur were not available. Still happy with the food and service in the restaurant though.
On this visit was able to try the fried kuay teow on the specials menu - probably one of the better fried kuay teow which I have eaten in Perth
We had a very enjoyable meal there especially the fish barramundi and the chicken satay. The service was excellent. We will be back even though it is a long way for us from north of the river.
Couple of new addition to the menu which is nice
one of the best nasi lemak bungkus (wrapped) in perth I would say
Old male Grumpy owner- doing Sunday breakfast service. our order was given to another table, we notified them & with no apology - begrudgingly our order was finally brought to us some 30mins after, only because I had paid, when I ordered & had our receipt as proof. Grumpy old owner had a big argument with staff & chef at the counter in front of us - at which point really we should have left & cut our losses. A serious lack of customer awareness - unfortunately as the food was ok.
The best Nasi Lemak in Perth. The food was fantastic. We will definitely return. The only disappointment was that it wasn't BYO. We will try out the breakfast menu.
Staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their friendly service, great food and nice atmosphere. However, it’s hard to find parking as need to park it across the road. That’s the only downside.
Very enjoyable lunch - authentic Malay cuisine. Butter Chicken superb. Friendly and obliging waitstaff. Kids loved their mocktails. A good selection on menu on hand at reasonable prices.
The service was very good but the food was average. The clear chicken broth was too salty and the gravy was too sweet. Too many typical Malaysian dishes were missing from the menu namely curry laksa and Soto ayam. Won’t be returning.
Good malaysian food, decent serving sizes - the tasting plate is excellent if you're not sure what to get, or if you want a little bit of everything!
Never dissapoint us on foods & service! nasi lemak bungkus is always a winner!
Great food,as good as what you'd get back in Malaysia. Clean premises and good ambience. Staff is very helpful and friendly, will return for sure!
Once again great food and selection of dessert. Nasi Lemak is awesome
Great food and service. Menu selection is good. Booking essential on weekends
I noticed that there was a slight increase in the prices of certain items on the menu on my most recent visit.
Nasi lemak was yummy but service was painfully slow.one dish arrived at the end of our meal.the johor mee rebus was pricey for the portion..
Delicious Malaysian food. Will definitely be back for more yummy options.
Best roti in Perth. We had the chicken chop and pasta and would highly recommend.
I love the Nasi Lemak. One of the best in town. The restaurant atmosphere is bright and pleasant with a good view surrounding the glass windows.
Our group really enjoyed eating authentic tasting Malay food in a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It felt like being back in Malaysia.
A convenient place for a somewhat late dinner as it located near where I stay. Usually not busy as well which is another plus point.
EXcellent, I brought my Aussie friends who have not been there before and they liked the food too. I only don't like raw bean sprouts.
Bad service. Four of us went for lunch, and there was a problem with every order. They forgot the coffee order. Forgot to put in a meal order so one person had to wait another 30 minutes for their meal. Made two other orders wrong, then charged us extra because of their mistake. Interrupted our meal to ask what they had brought us and ask to charge us for it. Would think they would instead provide a discount for the poor service, instead the meal was more expensive.
We haven’t been back here for more than a year as we live up at Joondalup area. The food is still as good as we can remember. Very authentic and delicious Malaysian food. Service is always friendly and smiley . We love this place, it will be good if they open another eatery up north!
Food and drinks were good. The taste was authentic and delicious. Very satisfied! Ambience was great. Service was good. Staffs were friendly. It was a great dinner.
Good neighbourhood Malaysian restaurant for a decent meal for those living in the Salter Point / Waterford area. The restaurant is opened till 21:30 with last order taken at 21:00.
The roast chicken rice is flavoursome home-style cooking. My family requests the leg part (because chicken breast is more healthy but a bit dry). The chilli is tangy and quite spicy!
Food is excellent and very authentic - we're from Singapore and Malaysia so we know what authentic Malaysian food tastes like. Excellent service too. Highly recommended.
The roti canai is still my favourite - flaky and crispy. You can get both the sambal and curry sauce for an extra $1, which is what we always do! Dinner costs less than $20pp (with free chilled tap water).
I was expecting so much more , we asked for entrée first and it came our last all the meals came out at different times so we had to wait for everyone to receive their meals before starting and the entrée came last???? meals were very average and was very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying My Rasa,
A table for 3 people. Family dinner gathering. Got in and seated. Good lighting for a selfie or two. Lol. Ordered our food. We got given water. Food was delivered not long and the drinks we ordered. Food was yummy.
Fantastic Malaysian fare with the Nasi Lemak being the best we tasted in town, particularly the Nasi Lemak bungkus. Pungent fluffy coconut rice with tangy spicy sambal and all the classic components! Also, lucky enough to taste the pulut panggang from the weekend kuih range! absolutely delicious, definitely has become our regular go to spot for authentic Malaysian flavours! Plus service was warm and unpretentious, seriously no reason for not returning!
Fantastic experience each time. Good authentic Malaysian fare in a cosy family friendly restaurant. Foods can take a bit of wait when busy but the foods made their own justice. Definitely be coming back ;-)
Location - great location and ideal parking. First thoughts as you enter - Calm ambience, Staff - Friendly staff Food - Tasty food Price - Ideal
The food at MyRasa is always tasty and of high quality and the relaxing atmosphere is great. I enjoy breakfast there on weekends and also prefer to go to MyRasa when catching up with friends.
Has a rather good selection of Malaysian cuisine with somewhat reasonable prices and serving size although certain dishes could be improved upon for example the curry that comes with the roti canai / roti telur is a bit watery and too oily.
Food is fantastic especially the Nasi Lemak. Cendui is the best in town. Setting is nice too. However the service can be faster. I need to go back to try other yummy dishes.
The food was delicious, we really enjoyed it. My favourite was the mee goreng and the roti. Service was good as well, very attentive. The atmosphere was good but very loud.
