Not exactly a fine dining kind of establishment, more a very casual relaxed place you could wear thongs to ;) but great pizza and would recommend it

I liked the pizza but I would like it better a bit more crispy. The service was good and friendly but the cork fee should be abolished.

The food was average/good. The place lacked ambience (no music) and the waitress was very confused. Not a bad place but given the standard of restaurants in the area, probably wouldn't recommend.

We experienced Great authentic Italian pizza and wine with Freindly fast service . I will definately be back next time I need a pizza-fix !

Best mozzarella ever! Amazing pizzas, well priced and friendly service. One of our favourite places to go when in Sydney. Good casual spot to dine with friends.

i was back to NAPLES. I LIKE THE FOOD , THE WAY THE RESTAURANT IS BEEN DECORATED, MATCHING SAME OF THOSE IN THE AREA OF HOLD NAPOLI. I WILL GO BACK AGAIN, TO TRY ALL THE DIFFERENT DISKES ON THE MENU

We love Napoli Nel Cuore. My favorite is the mafioso and my partner loves the piccantina with olives. Then the Laura Nutella pizza is always a wonderful treat at the end.

As usual, Friendly staff very attentive and amazing food for great value this is why we always come back.. parking is always an issue unfortunately

Great pizza with a perfect base. The service was friendly and speedy. Atmosphere is homely and it feels Like you're part of the family. I would definitely recommend this pizzeria to friends.

Great food, service and atmosphere. And lovely Italian wine! We were taken care of and had a lovely catch up with friends. It would have been a nice quiet date destination as well.

Pizza was a bit bland, not too generous with toppings, I was disappointed, though the pizza base was nice and fresh, maybe I picked something that wasn't good

great service, great advice re the beers to have, the starter selection of antipasto was amazing, my rosemary sausage pizza didn't have a tomato base as normal, which I wasn't expecting, and it had no rosemary at all on it. When I asked where the rosemary was and if I could have some, I was given some dry rosemary which just doesn't cut it if you're used to fresh herbs in your food! Pizza base was amazing, really great. Recommend.

We go back because the food is always authentic and tasteful, the only issue we had yesterday was the service. The two girls that were working appeared rushed off their feet and in need of assistance. Our Starter arrived, but the Wine was forgotten and then mid way through the Starter the Mains arrived to be sent back, until we were ready. It was a bit of a shambles, but not through the want of trying.

Always love it here. One of Sydney's best pizzas, great staff who want you to be happy and a quirky fit out, make this place a must. be early so you have time to find parking.

The food was good. We had two of the salads, garlic bread and their pizza by the metre. The service was a bit slow and we had a long wait for the pizza to arrive. The was good but not good enough for us to rush back again.

Full house, cosy long setting, buzzy atmosphere, friendly accommodating front staff and serving staff. Great wood fired pizzas, authentic Italian beer and soft drinks - good all round.

Napoli Nel Cuore in Redfern is always our top pick for date night. The pizza and arancini are amazing. The staff are always super Friendly!

Authentic Italian experience! Don't count too much on the service, but when you try the pizza you won't eat any other pizza!! It's just amazing!!

Great pizza but absolutely awful/non existent service. They forgot to take our mains order, being us our drinks and bring us the dessert menu, kind of amazing really. It was so hot in there we gave up on dessert in the end.

Great staff, great atmosphere and fabulous food. Very authentic Italian and they make the best pizza. I go there about once a week it's so good

The drinks were really warm, especially the beer and that's unacceptable and one lady was my trained well. I've been at Napoli nel cuore several times and I never had any problem, always good food and good customer service but this time I was a bit upset, maybe that's happened because the owner wasn't there. By the way always good really Italian food and good taste.

As always, the food at Napolie Nel Cuore was FANTASTIC! But beware...we had made an early evening reservation, arrived on time, and within two hours of seating, were summarily "dismissed" from the table because they had "another reservation" - we had not been informed of this when we were seated...and 100 minutes to enjoy dining at Napoli Nel Cuore is still rushing it! Extremely poor experience...has us re-evaluating eating at this venue ever again.

Hello , Unfortunately we didn't enjoy dinner at Napoli nel cuore . The service was poor , the waitresses was talking really loud, the food varied from the menu and was avarage quality. Poor value from money . I don't think we will go back.

This place needs to play some music, it was dead quiet, almost uncomfortable and then they played some backstreet boys (?) some nice italian music would create a much better atmosphere. Also, dishes were cold and pizza sloppy. :s
