Food here is amazeballs. Music was a bit too loud though so didn’t stay long

Food was good service could do with being better .

Food and service from wait staff was good but 45minute wait for our starters and then all our food came out at once....we were then charged full price for 3 childrens mocktails.....same price as the cocktails

We just love Oceans 27. Casual dining at its best. The views and sunset are stunning. Cocktails are fabulous. We had the sharing plates and the food was delicious. Only complaint the main course came out when we still had our entrees. The waitress just put it down even though we said it was not ok as we are still eating our entree. Small problem in ther scheme of things. Will need back.

Food was wonderful, rib eye and Caesar salad. The setting is phenomenal and we had a lovely sunset. The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too hard. We're looking forward to going again.

Location was lovely, wait staff friendly and helpful, there was a singer that was ok but was very loud so the 6 of us struggled to hear each other. Is the only criticism, but live music is pretty cool.

Food great & came out in good time, fantastic views and atmosphere, the service needs to be more attentive eg: not offered water at the table, we needed to ask, table not set with cutlery/napkins, it was a bit confusing as to where to order meals/drinks for us first timers, but overall a lovely experience, thanks

Great venue, this was my second visit to Oceans 27. The view and the sunsets are beautiful, the food was delicious and the service fast and efficient. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others and will visit again.

Amazing vibe, great service and even better food. Friendly staff who were all very accommodating and helpful. Clean restaurant and even though it was very busy the service was fast and flowed nicely

Ecexllent service great venue had a lovely time the staff were friendly and efficient. Asked to change tables and was accommodated with out any hassle would go back again

Location great. Service absolutely terrible. Food....ok. Booked Valentines Day dinner..set menu. Arrived ...no designated table for booking. Glass of champagne on arrival...that arrived after entrees had been and gone. Try to get a drink...no waiter. Saw manager to get a bottle of wine...wine delivered, plonked on table, not opened and that was that. No salt or pepper. Main course...steaks...mine was blue to rare at best after ordering medium. Same with wife's steak. Had a chat to manager...all excuses and really no solutions. Dessert gets delivered with our mains still in front of us...and they didn't even take the main plates away.. Compensation of a shit evening...absolutely nothing even after manager saying he'd sort it out. Really wish they could get it right but I'm not holding my breath.

Great view, Food good, quite pricey though. Main concern was that there is only 1 ladies toilet which was also used for baby changing so rather smelly with a dirty nappy bin!! No one had been in to clean and no paper towels!!

Great food great service recommended to anyone looking for a seaside location. The steak was cooked perfect and very tender. Bar service pretty good also

The volume from the DJ playing music was so loud that we had to leave without eating. Very off putting. Staff were Nivea d polite..

Wow that was a dining experience!! From the minute we set foot in this restaurant we were blown away with the welcoming atmosphere! The musician Shane was playing beautiful guitar and singing a fabulous mix of old and contemporary tunes. Our fabulous waitress Fiona was super friendly and answered all of our questions and was accommodating when we asked for breaks between courses. The chef NicK is a master of flavour and all 3 courses were cooked to perfection. My partner was speechless when he had his first ever taste of Barramundi. The desert plate was just exquisite! Jake the F &B manager was so welcoming. This gem of a place has completely captured the essence of top quality hospitality...Mi casa es su casa. The night was topped off by the genuine gratitude that the general manager Vinnie showed when we gave him our feedback. His heart and soul for this place is a credit to him and his warmth and kindness flows down to all of his fabulous staff. It's a not often that you are still grinning and talking about a dining experience the next day. We have found our slice of heaven :)

Service rubbish, oblivious to customers who booked and are waiting to be seated. One meal good, other 6 average. Shame as regulars ar Shore Cafe.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, good service and the food is excellent. my wife and I always look forward to our lunch at the weekends. A must visit place.

Excellent location, venue is very nicely set up with a magical view; music was nice. Mains were excellent quality, fresh and excellent portion sizes; however desserts were a little too sweet and not really up to the description on the menu. Little flies were biting legs just before sundown so worth taking a spray for the legs to avoid being bitten :) Staff very friendly. Overall a positive experience and will certainly go back.

Great servive, great food. We had arancini, beef bao buns, calamari for startes then for mains we had pork belly, rib eye, chicken saltimbocca and the lamb - all delicious :)

Food was great, wonderful setting. Staff excellent. Our meals come out at different times which was the only thing that could have been better. 15 minutes between 1st and last meals at the table was a bit much. We will definitely be back.

The setting is lovely, the pasta was delicious, but the service from the waiters could’ve been better. We had our empty plates sitting on our table for ages before collecting them, no follow up for further drinks or to ask if we wanted coffee/dessert. Just found some of the staff non interested or needed better training.

Excellent setting by the beach, good service with helpful and attentive staff , lovely lunch with delicious salt and pepper squid, fairly expensive menu with double burger costing $28

Had a lovely evening here on Aus day, singer was great and sang a variety of music! Menu could have had a little more choice but enjoyed what we ordered and very quick service, good luck with your new business guys!

Food was nice but a little on the expensive side for the portion

Booked a table for 11:30 (an early lunch as in laws had to be at airport for 1pm) Got there to be told we can’t order lunch until after 12. We took our seat and was rushed by the chef to order breakfast, wasn’t given any water, drinks took 20 mins and didn’t get until after breakfast.

What a fantastic view and really friendly staff. I’ll definitely be going back again.

Wife and I got the seafood platter for 2 which was $80 and we're very disappointed. It was like a starter, a few oysters, bit of calamari, rubbery crayfish couldn't scrape out, bit of smoked salmon, tiger prawns not cooked enough and a tiny bowl of salad. Where is the rest of the fish? Left the place absolutely starving after spending over $200 with the family for my daughter's 18th. Also wanted to charge me $2 per person to cut our cake we brought, I declined. On the upside, great service and beautiful venue to visit if you're not too hungry.

The fries and aioli are to die for! 😍 Beautiful view, delicious food. I’ve been many times and I’ll keep coming back. The expected new restaurant teething problems are disappearing and it’s always a great place to catch up with family and friends ☺️
