Great food as always! Consistency was comparable with other OKAMIs in the area! Service still abit average though.

Staff all look grumpy and never say anything just dumped the order on our table. One of them was already touching the food while putting it on the table. Need more training and need to have a good customer service.

staff and food really good but it seemed that the waiting staff were all over the place and we waited a long time for or meal sometimes asked 3 differ3ent waiting staff about our course and ended up with two serves instead of one. Wasted food.

Most dishes were pre made and just kept in the fridge until it was ordered, this really affected the quality of the food. Service was not great too.

We enjoyed the food we ordered and found the waitress was very helpful, friendly and with a very welcoming smiles which is good for patrons. We were so happy that we tried for the first time in Okami Japanese in Caroline Spring. Highly recommended to try and dine.

A regular at this Restaurant, Staff and the food are awesome, Unfortunately sometimes the noise level is extremely loud but thats something the restaurant would not be able to control.

Greeted and then seated. Our order was taken. Then we started receiving food that we didn't order but we ate it as we were hungry thinking this will get us started till our food arrives. The kids were so looking forward to the sushi and noodles which we ordered 4 times and waited just over an hour for. They kept eating rice which there was an abundance of on our table for some reason. The waitresses just place the food and go so you don't have a chance to say anything. We the adults felt so guilty to eat as our kids weren't eating. It really was chaotic on this particular night, I believe they were training new staff and orders weren't coming to the right tables. Food was yum but so unorganised.

Price is cheap and great foods. But this time the service was very slow, need to remind the waitress about our order and food menu is changed. The picture of the food on the menu were not the same as the food that was served.

The restaurant price was cheap and great food. Service were great too. The only thing is the place is a bit small.

Horrible service … staff weren’t friendly… food that we ordered didn’t come .. staff forgot orders … very very bad … wouldn’t recommend it at all to any of my friends and family that’s for sure !

The food was cold, and the portions were inconsistent. The food quality definitely didn't match the price.

Waited almost an hour for most of our food. We had a very upset bday boy who waited an hour ONE HOUR for rice. We left still hungry bcos we were still missing half the food we ordered & our 3 kids were getting very upset. In the end they didn’t charge 1 of our 3 kids but we still had to go somewhere else to fill them up. Very disappointed as Okami is our kids favourite restaurant.
