Not happy with the service at all, Didn't enjoy it

We were well looked after, even with it being a very busy time with lots of people in.

The food here was excellent however took quite a while to come out.

Food was delicious. However tables were extremely close to one another, which caused multiple issues. 1. Being knocked in the head multiple times with the waiters tray. 2. Our first round of food ordered from the all you can eat menu went to the table mext to us. Also the drinks we ordered when we first sat down, one came out after 10mins the other took 30mins to come out very strange delay in our drink order. The lady I approached about our food going to the wrong table was very helpful and made sure the error was sorted and we got food after that!

Good service and quality, as expected from all Okami restaurants

Fast and friendly service from the team there. Food was fresh and delicious and the portion options suited us perfectly. The staff there were very accommodating and the food was terrific value for the price. Website booking was easy to do. I was particularly pleased with their attention to the notes I added to the booking. Appreciate it.

Amazing service for a Sunday evening! Service was fast and flowing. Sad they have removed black sesame ice cream and Tayaki fish dessert from their menu. But they have replaced tayaki fish to brown sugar rice cake, they were super delish!

Food was fresh, tasty and plentiful; and the service was great. Very happy with the meal. Dessert options are a letdown. You really need to put some more options here and definitely bring back the black sesame icecream (it was a winner and I was looking forward to it)

Arrived on time and ordered through their QR code and was informed that their website didn’t work after 30 minutes. They came to take our order. We left cause why wouldn’t you tell us that at the us. Useless

Great service and food good as always worth the money

Everything wasn't up to our expectations like our experience at the Melton location Okami. Food was okay but took way to long to get to our table. Some food that was ordered didn't even make it to our table so we had to reorder. At one point we waited 20 minutes just for a tray of sushi and there was another customer that was complaining because of the waiting time as well. It wasn't the best experience especially when you have 3 young kids crying for food. We ended up just asking for the desert just to keep them calm.

We visit this Okami quite a bit. We hadn't been there in a while, so my family and I were definitely looking forward to our dinner. Unfortunately there was some kind of technical issue (not sure if it was my end or your end) but our food wasn't going through to order properly. We had to keep checking with staff to make sure our food had gone through. All of the Sushi we ordered this time was not enjoyable. It had a very strange taste to it. We definitely left not feeling as satisfied as we usually do. The ladies that looked after us were amazing as always

Excellent service. The staff are hard working, brought the food and drinks out quickly and the taste, quality and portions were perfect. I've travelled many countries, and travel interstate work work eating at many venues, hotels and restaurants and I must say spending a family dinner here was extremely enjoyable. My daughter is selective on what she eats, but loved the place. Well done everyone.

We came for the early session at 5:30pm as we had plans afterwards. We were seated quite promptly and we were attended to for drinks in our first order within moments. Everything tasted delicious, my only concern was that the plates were cold and the sushi was room temperature/warm. Apart from this the experience was great.

Okami Caroline Springs is a fantastic spot for a delicious and easy dining experience. The food is always fresh, the portions are generous, and everything tastes amazing. Ordering is simple and smooth, and the service makes the whole experience enjoyable. Great value for money and definitely a place I’d come back to whenever I’m craving Japanese food!
