Food was good quality good selection staff brand food quickly

Great new location. My tip would be order majority of what you’d like to eat in your first order and then as they come around order the rest. This allows for minimal waiting between dishes.

Good service, food came really fast and the employees provided a welcoming atmosphere.

Food was delicious as usual. Bit of a wait in ordering as there were a couple of larger gatherings but staff were very efficient.

First visit. Visited on father's day lunch. restaurant was super busy and we had to queue outside in the cold for a bit before we could get in for our seating. Once in, service was prompt at the start and our order arrived in a timely manner. The food was really good and fresh. The service slowed down a bit towards the end (dessert time) and it was hard to grab the waiter's attention as they all seemed to have disappeared from the floor, however it was fine by us since we thought that the waiters did an exceptional job at efficiently taking orders and bringing food out prior to that. I would highly recommend and go again.

i hadnt been to chelsea heights rest but found it one of the nicer ones, better set out and not as noisy .

Food is great, bit noisy and wait time for service getting longer, probably because of how busy they were

great vegetarian options and great service (once you get seated) because of their session system there's usually a 10 - 15 min wait until you get to your table.

We enjoyed our visit to Okami. The staff were friendly and efficient. But for a Tuesday night the restaurant was extremely busy and very nosey. Lots of families with kids. I wouldn't suggest you visit for a romantic dinner but a great place for big groups, birthday parties and families. The food was fresh and delicious but sometimes there was a big wait between dishes and the food does not come in any particular order. For example we ordered a salad when we arrived but it wasn't served for another hour. We also ordered a number of chicken dishes and rice, The rice arrived 25 minutes before the chicken!

Atmosphere is always wonderful and the service is with a smile. This is my #1 Okami venue

Been a few times now. The food is fresh and delicious. Okami Chelsea Heights is highly recommended.

It was our first time having the all you can eat from okami and it was fantastic

We were sat near 2 tables with kids on iPads with the volume turned right up probably because the restaurant is loud but the restaurant noise is part of the experience. Should ban iPads

Longer wait times then normal could be quicker but loved how the did tuna sushimi aswell as salmon it was great we’re normally I don’t even get the tuna sushi

Pleasant customer service. Love how clean the restaurant is. We don’t feel hurried to eat our dinner. It was very relaxed atmosphere. Food was delivered fast. Serving was perfect for the table head count. Very fresh and delicious food. Definitely be back.

Value for money. Large range of quality food. Fresh sushi and sashimi. Green tea ice cream was an excellent way to end the meal.
