Delicious and fresh Japanese cuisine. Efficient staff take your orders and serve you with Japanese courtesy. Our family of 4 will be back soon. Yumm!

We have been to Okami Chelsea Heights a few times. We were very happy with the service, foods, atmosphere. Waiting time was very little even though the restaurant was full. We definitely will be back.

If you want to try Japanese food, but not sure if it will be your thing, this is the place to go. So many options, great quality, good service and so many options to choose from. This is our go to for celebrations or just a date night, great value for money.

Food is great and the taste is consistent. I have eat at this branch a lot of time and most of the time had been great. However, they need to change the ticket system for food. It a bit dirty when the ticket (which a piece of paper size of a notepad) is on your plate.

Being two people, we always get a small table in the middle of bigger tables so it gets quite crowded and noisy.

Great new location. My tip would be order majority of what you’d like to eat in your first order and then as they come around order the rest. This allows for minimal waiting between dishes.

Food was delicious as usual. Bit of a wait in ordering as there were a couple of larger gatherings but staff were very efficient.

First visit. Visited on father's day lunch. restaurant was super busy and we had to queue outside in the cold for a bit before we could get in for our seating. Once in, service was prompt at the start and our order arrived in a timely manner. The food was really good and fresh. The service slowed down a bit towards the end (dessert time) and it was hard to grab the waiter's attention as they all seemed to have disappeared from the floor, however it was fine by us since we thought that the waiters did an exceptional job at efficiently taking orders and bringing food out prior to that. I would highly recommend and go again.

great vegetarian options and great service (once you get seated) because of their session system there's usually a 10 - 15 min wait until you get to your table.
