Excellent customer service , we are looking to go again

Service and food was great..I went in prepared with a list of what we wanted to order..made it very easy..

It is a wonderful place to have dinner, will come again someday

Delicious food, so fresh, they are very efficient with the table service too.

Very expensive per head for quality of food, lack of vegetable quality and quantity in stir fry udon noodle dish, undercooked dim sim and mushy dumpling, will not be back

Have been many times. This time a few new items on menu Always great value. We had a later booking and wasn’t aware the kitchen shut at 9pm so only an hour from when we arrived and they came and asked us to or everything we would want? Perhaps a note saying kitchen shuts at 9pm would help.

Amazing as always, fast, tasty, polite and the best okami.

As soon as our order was taken, some of the food came out and had been made awhile ago as it was cold.I sent one dish back and when it came back to us you could tell it had been put in the microwave and then not re-salted (edamame). The new version of chicken teriyaki is not great, don’t know why it needs to br covered in onion. The staff service was great!

Food was average and a dish ordered with others took 15 minutes to be served and had to keep reminding staff about the dish I didn't receive. Not worth the money, will not be going back again

Okami always delivers. The food is top quality and always delicious. This is our go to for celebrations.

Poor service don’t bring you water or offer cutlery and was unable to get waiters attention for assistance and got sick of waiting so ended up going and getting it myself just like the rest of the customers who were trying to get assistance let waitress drop the food and run away ignoring you
