Service with a smile. Staff allowed plenty of room for a pram and even offered us hot water when we were making our bub's bottle. Our food came out quickly and was delicious.

There was 5 menu items we ordered that never arrived which was disappointing. Ice cream orders got lost. But otherwise food quality was great

Great food, but not a place to go to celebrate anything special. We went to celebrate a birthday, which was noted on the reservation, and not even a simple "Happy Birthday" to make me feel special, which would have been greatly appreciated. One of the servers made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Fortunately, we had another waitress take care of us after our first encounter with the sour waitress. However, the food was delicious and I would return, just not for a dinner that has any kind of meaning.

Love the Chelsea Hights Venue. Been to Fankston and Cranbourne venues and they are so squashed in and noisy. Chelsea Heights Venue is roomy, welcoming, decor is beautiful and the Staff are fantastic and friendly. A+

we were seated between two birthday parties and it was noisy and we had to wait for some of the food to come out as the order went missing and had to reorder it again

Table service was good and the food was great. The problem we had was that many of the items we ordered in our all you can eat experience did not make it to the table. I suspect the kitchen staff were to blame as orders given to the wait staff were put onto a tablet for transmission to the kitchen but several items from each order never made it to the table. Disappointing as we otherwise enjoyed our meals.

The food was prepared well in advance and was just reheated. Chicken was soggy and not fresh.
