Food service is always fast, takes a long time to get a drink. Some food wasn’t served as hot as usual as if it had been sitting there.

Was amazing from start to finish, from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. Very friendly, accommodating. Easy to understand lots of food 🍱 🍚 🍣 very clean place. Always checking up on us.. so good all you can eat will go back again

Food and table service was great. But I'm not happy with the payment arrangement. I had cash but it wasn't enough to complete the payment. Therefore I requested to pay by both cash and card. But the staff at cash register said it couldn't be completed in two transactions for one table (this was not a request for SPLIT BILL). In many other restaurants we get this facility to pay in both cash and card for one payment. I wish your restaurant will bring this facility for the customers soon.

I asked for a quiet table with a view I got a table next to the toilet. There were Tables with views available. A table for 2 is very small and you find it difficult to find space to place your drinks and food, let alone eat in comfort. As an Asian food restaurant they should have some chilli sauce- I asked for chilli sauce and was given chilli mayo which was a bit sweet. Service was fast, but with very little personality- Just a case of ordering and placing the items on the table. The atmosphere was very loud I could hardly hear what the staff were asking me, in fact they got an order wrong due to the fact I was unable to hear what the service officer confirmed . I would not recommend Okami Restaurants with a view for value for money, while I give a thumbs up to the concept, pricing is a bit on the expensive side.
