Food was exceptional, service was fantastic, the longest wait for a dish was 5 minutes at most and everything was cooked fresh. Noise levels were up there, but I will be back with friends as soon as possible. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. Also exceptional value for money for all you can eat. Norm.

Niddrie and Greensborough Okami were great. Cannot fault them. However Epping was slow with their Service. We waited 50 mins for our Sushi platter. By the time this had arrived we were almost full. Wont be going back there again

Slow service, food took forever to come. Smelt like poo for a while near the front entrance of restaurant

We had the worst experience in comparison to previous dine in at Okami Epping. We waited for our food to be served for too long. Although, they informed us that the wi-fi played up a bit. But not a valid reason to keep the customer wait for so long, yet serving the other customer who dine in and ordered later than us. Also, we have noticed that one staff was going around to checked every table if they have been served or ordered. However, ignored our us. We tried to get his attention but no luck. Yes, I am observant, hence, figure it out that he was trying to avoid our table. Although, most of the staff were very nice and apologetic with our experience. But that doesn't change the fact that we had to wait longer and starve the kids.

Second time, not so good, chicken carnage or whatever was more burnt batter no chicken. Dessert one scoop of ice cream, no cakes. A bit costly not much selection. Ideal for some!

Amazing food, rather quick service. Be aware tho that last call is at 9pm however you can stay il until 10 so if you have the last shift you only have 1 hour to order.

Wait times were long so by the time the food came the kids were full from drinks. Also I attended 18/12/2020 and the drinks were double the amount compared to 31/12/2020 - Are we being ripped off by different servers? Jugs were $20 on 18/12/2020 yet $10 on 31/12/2020 I won't be coming here anytime soon. Maybe I should report it to Consumer Affairs

Great experience. We had a wonderful birthday celebration at Okami Epping. Delicious food, great service. A different experience for all you can eat venue. I was very impressed with the value and quality of each dish.

Food was great, the waitresses were lovely and very helpful when explaining how the all you can eat buffet worked, table service was great. Overall a lovely night sharing great food with friends, will definitely come back again.

Although great value for money, the restaurant was not BYO as advertised, very noisy, wait times for food were long. I had a booking for 12 but the table was only made up for 10, in which i had to help retrieve a table myself to be seated. I do commend the waitresses. Although it was busy, demanding and stressful, they were friendly and helpful.
