Food good, Venue good, Service very poor. Having to clear your own table after multiple staff members walk past. Either poorly trained or lazy??

We didnt get out food for ages as the new waitress didnt put our food through the all you can eat but the guy waiter was so apoligetic and nice. Service was good minus the little hiccup and the food was amazing. We will be back there :)

We love the menu change! The price has gone up slightly too but we are happy to pay the bit extra for such good quality food.

It was a really lovely experience tonight. We were a much older group on our table overall and there was a large teenage group on the table behind us. Their parents/teachers should be very proud of them. They had fun and enjoyed their meal and their behaviour was exemplary. Such a wonderful group of young people who acted in a mature and respectful manner all night.

It was difficult getting wait staff attention to re order food, an it took very long time for drinks to arrive (3 separate times)

The food was great, but we had some foods we ordered never arrive, and others didn't arrive until an hour and a half later.

Absolutely amazing service. Quickly took food orders and the first lot of food was out extremely quickly. It felt as though as soon as we finished one plate of food the next would be brought out which was excellent service. Wait staff were friendly and made great suggestions.

Dishes take a long time to come and never at the same time, you get one then 5 or 10 mins later you get another, this happened for the entire session. This makes for an unpleasant dining experience. You would not put up with this in a normal restaurant.

Nice restaurant, food is a little different from last, enjoyed the chicken, the beef is not as tender a previous. Does get very noisy when there are a lot of people in the restaurant.
