Great food and service recommend to all my family and friends

The food and the service was amazing as it always is. But the new plates they have are a terrible idea.. It's a flat plate with a built in soy sauce area, good concept but doesn't work, it's so hard to eat rice from a flat plate. They need to bring the bowls back so you can actually pick up the rice and bring the bowl to your face.

We booked for mothers day and though there was a lovely rose on the table and it all started well...our first order got lost and we waited over an hour for the first dish to come. I think they need more staff ...it was all you can eat but we couldn't get anything to eat for ages... particularly upsetting as my mum is used to eating early... perhaps better if there is a small group only... food was nice but the experience was not. Dont risk it for a special occasion but great if it's a night out with mates.

Great location. Everything came out hot and interesting new menu with sushi choices.

It was our first time using the self ordering, which was ok, however the desert ordering required us to order via the waiters. We had 45 min left of our alloted time slot. It took around 10 min for a staff member to see your service request. And when we ordered desert via the waiter only half of it was sent to the kitchen... what would help improve the service with the online tool is the ability to see what is waiting in que at the kitchen so as not to be disapointed.

Food is always delicious, some things we ordered didn’t arrive at our table, but didn’t bother us too much, we certainly didn’t leave hungry. The waitstaff were attentive and polite. The only issue with the place was it was very noisy, but apart from that it was great.

The QR code ordering is so simple and quick. Staff didn’t need to come and take our order so we could order faster and the service was excellent.

Atmosphere was very noisy and service from wait staff was poor. They were disinterested and placed cutlery upside down, on one side of the table as they did for the drinks and ice cream. The gyoza was doughy and the chicken wings seemed to be steamed and just a marinade put on top… they were not crispy or cooked through. Drinks were initially forgotten. After advising staff member she said sorry but did not advise anyone of our issues, at least not within some time. No manager spoke to us and no offer to provide a fully cooked dish (the chicken).

Food is good and the atmosphere is great. Staff are attentive to our needs. Will come back

The new ordering system on your smart phone was easy to use after using a QR code. It would be good if you could adjust amounts of pieces for dishes like cooked prawns, octopus balls etc. the sushi was better today too. thanks

Alcohol options were poor Menus were outdated Table too small.

Staff rude, Food too rushed and thrown on the table no ice bucket for wine bottle offered, other people's orders being put on our table, on essence I am disappointed the dining is rushed hot food was being put right on front of a baby! Is there no common sense here? We have been here before, however this time we were sadly disappointed. Thankyou

Great food with a wide variety of flavours. The staff are quite prompt when we placed orders from our table. Price is reasonable for the vaiety. The atmosphere is good and the room not to loud. Would I come again, I'm sure we will be back.
