Excellent. Only improvement would be a little more explanation about ordering and how it works for the buffet. But this is a minor detail

didn’t where we had booked, seating at tables are too close to other tables and upon arriving not only the table we actually booked but most of the tables were littered in food and mess and not cleaned up we were waiting 5-10 mins for the staff to clean a table off for us which again was not the one we booked, waiting times on certain menu items was meh. my food came out way before my dates and went almost ice cold by the time my partners dish came out. the only positives from our experience was the food that did come out together was amazing as always very yummy.

Nice food. Shame we had to leave at 8pm due to other bookings would have been nice to stay longer.

Food never came out that we ordered. Waitress didn’t even know their menu and said we can only order 3 portions at once for a 5 person table. The menu states 1 per person.

We eat here quite often and love it. The last couple of times, the service had slipped somewhat. We were seated first out of about 4-5 groups and were ignored and served last. The waitress served the last person to walk in before serving anyone else, then proceeded to clear other portables, seat people at different tables and take orders from 3 other groups before even tending to us.

Booked an inside table a week out and arrived to be told that we had been seated outside in the cold. Staff took a long time to take our orders and rarely cleared plates off the table. I have been before and had good experiences but this time was not great

We arrived as soon as the restaurant opened and our initial orders were taken and arrived at our table quickly. The restaurant itself was very clean and the food was delicious! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier.

I celebrated my 60th birthday with my sons and grandchildren. Okami was the perfect venue for a family function. Food and service was fantastic!

Table 64 was not the best! Our food came out intermittently with huge gaps of time in between dishes. It turned out that our orders must have been going to the table next to us! Despite this, the food was wonderful:)

Quality birthday lunch with my family. We loved trying new dishes and explored their great menu. The chopsticks made for a few giggles. All in all a lovely meal.

A wonderful meal out. Nice to order as much as you can eat with a no additional cost, including desserts. Drinks are understandably not included but reflect fairly standard restaurant prices.
