The food here is amazing, they can cater for gluten friendly options and the menu is superb. The service could be a little less rushed and therefore more pleasant and it was noisy but that's because it was a busy Saturday night so to be expected. Overall a great experience and we will certainly be back.

This is supposedly freshly made food but everything felt like it was made hours before and then kept warm. Everything was dry and overcooked. Even the sushi was dry and awful. There price is very cheap - but even so they should provide edible food. We would have made a fuss on site except we were taking a friend there for a birthday so we did not want a confrontation. Best to say is we won't be going again

Service was terribly slow. Ended up just leaving and didn’t even get all of the food we ordered.

It's a lovely atmosphere and not as tightly packing in as other Okami restaurants. Very delicious food and lovely staff.

WE ENJOYED OUR FAMILY DINNER FOOD GREAT VALUE WITH QUALITY MEATS. WE ALSO UNDERSTAND HOW HARD IT IS TO GET ENOUGH STAFF. THE STAFF THAT WERE THERE DID A GREAT JOB. WE EAT TOO MUCH, OUR OWN FAULT.

It was fairly noisy but we could still manage conversations between 4 of us. The service was impeccaable and food was very good. So much better than Frankston Okami.

Every dish was over cooked unfortunately. Not had this happen before at Okami. Must have been and off night, had the burners too high.

Food was exceptional. Our waitress was fantastic. She was so attentive, fast with service and made our stay so enjoyable. Great place. Great value. Great Service. Our 5 kids loved it and so did we. thanks so much

Food was delicious and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fast service, hot and tasty food...great variety and all very happy.

All of the ordered item s came at almost the same time. Which put us under pressure. The Pork Katsu with curry was served initially without curry sauce and the outer coating of the pork pieces was burnt and near inedible. The manager did provide us with a credit for that. Overall a disappointment
