The food was absolutely delicious and the all you can eat is great value for money. We went to the 5.30 sitting and found it noisy. Maybe we will go to the 7.30 next time. It certainly won’t stop us from going again. We are looking forward to returning for another great dinner.

Food waS lovely and staff friendly but it was very busy and we didn't get all the food we ordered. When I tried to order something I was told there had already been some ordered. Felt like it was a table order rather than individual. Food came out in bits n drabs and it was not explained what Food it was so difficult to know if your order. Next time I go I will not go with a big group as I said the Food was good

Waited FOREVER for our food, soup was stone cold. And the noise level is way too noisy.... you find yourself yelling just to have a conversation....

So far the best Okami restaurant we’ve been to. There was no long wait times for food. We were surprised at how quick they were serving up food as other locations usually keep us waiting a bit. Loved that there was also outdoor dining there. Haven’t come across that anywhere else. So very friendly. Enjoyed the small chit chat & laughs when being served. Thank you & keep up the great work :)

Love Okami! It's our favourite Japanese restaurant. The food is delicious and service was great.

First time trying the Mornington Okami location and definitely not the best first impression. A table of 4 so not too many things to order. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come over initially to take drinks which then took another 25 minutes to come out which was a simple 1 lemon lime and bitters and 2 beers not a very difficult task. Aswell as this 2 plates of food we ordered didn't come out at all and another took 40 minutes so we eventually told them to not bother with that particular plate. Not the best night but will try again and give them another chance to redeem themselves.

Food was slow to come out and different portion sizes for the same item as well as no sauces on majority of the items despite starting off with sauces at beginning of booking. The venue had poor ambiance and it was difficult to hear the people I was out with

to be fair it was a very busy time, the waiters were running off their feet food was good waiters were polite ,pleasant but needed bit of structure few tables came after us and get served before us otherwise all was good ,that's it is not a complain it is an obsevation Cheers.

Way too many people in the sitting. Took awhile for our order to be taken. Food ordered never arrived & was delivered hap hazardly. Food arrived before our drinks. It felt so rushed being in the first sitting, we just presumed the rest of our ordered food wasn’t coming when we had no choice but to leave with a massive queue building for the next sitting. A second round of drinks would have been good. Will give it another go when not in the tourist season. Couldn’t split the bill either.

Great tasty food. Staffs were friendly and did great service. Our tempura had been sent to wrong table twice, which can be improved. Overall we are very happy with everything, thank you for the great food and service!

The staff were terrific, the food was great as always and the service was very good. Been here a few times now and definitely one of our favourite restaurants, very good value for money as well.

Food was great, seating & atmoshere good, however the staff experienced alot of confusion in regard to distributing meals/drinks. There were six occasions when staff came to our table with food/drinks that were not ordered by us - one of our meals turned up twice and one meal didn't arrive at all and we had to re-order.

Service s little slow to get going, and there was so much glare from the windows one whole side of the table couldnt see while the sun was setting.

Wonderful service and beautiful food . We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

We were seated outside and unfortunately the weather was very cold and windy...not that the restaurant can be blamed for the weather. The food was great. The waiting queue to pay for the meal was very long and cold as it extended outside.
