My only issue is as a senior accessing the menu via a qr code but the staff were accommodating & the same when we wanted a beef tataki each but the online ordering restricted us to 3.

Okami Mount Waverley has a lovely atmosphere & does not feel like a buffet restaurant. The food is overall delicious and exceptional value for money. We'll definitely be back.

Okami is always a winner for a great meal. This location is a little small and we were sharing a table with a few people next to us. The food came out relatively quickly however it was hard to monitor the food as you had to order on your own phone rather than an iPad like other restaurants. Some of the food came out a little cold but overall the taste was great

Shop is very busy but food came quickly. Not so easy for vegetarian with QR code ordering as modification required from menu.

We booked a table but still had to line up and wait to get in. It took a long time for our first order to come and some things we ordered at the start didn’t come until the end. Most of the food is really yummy. The tempura was a little oily, the steak is kinda chewy and squeaky. Just cooked in mass and sauce of your choice on top I think. Overall, we love going to Okami and will go again, however this wasn’t our best experience.

First time to have dined here during the 2nd session but the food and service were still great.

As always, very much a value for money option. great taste and flavour... maybe can reduce the oilyness a bit. but only once thoo rest other times goood..

Most food came out quickly, however, we had to continually ask the staff to bring us our carpaccio dishes (we had 3 serves of 3) and the 2nd order of 2 lots of spring rolls were cold.

I’ve had better Japanese food but the all you can eat for $42.50 will appeal to many people. Sushi was enjoyable and some of the entrees were very tasty.

Unlike other Okami's we have visited, there wasn't either a QR code already on the table or a tablet to order from, having to ask and wait over 10 minutes for a QR to be provided to begin ordering. Order a Jug of soft drink, but later advised that there were no jugs available. We were then provided 3 glasses of soft drink for four people, very poor. The food was nice and arrived in good time. We will most likely not re-attend this location and stick to our normal Okami in Dromana.

Overall a great place - food was good, service prompt.

The food was nice, but didn’t appreciate being told that we only had 20 mins left then 10 mins left then 5 mins before we had to go. Not sure I’d come back because of this. If you were overly busy yes, but the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. It was still half empty.
