Great food, location and service. It is Good value for money

It was very quick service but given a QR code to order wasn’t the best

A classy looking Okami franchise restaurant compared to others, 1 level so can get noisy when busy, service was SUPER QUICK, and the use of scanning your table's QR Code to order is up there with convenience, i recommend a visit here.

Compared to the other Okami restaurants I have visited, the quality of this food was not great. Burnt rice, vegetables that mainly consisted on bean sprouts, noodles had a weird taste. It was convenient to go there for another friend but i dont think we will be back

It was an improvement from the previous visit but the new system of flipping a card to red for assistance and having to key in the QR code to order food didn’t come through well. Our order wasn’t captured in the system and was inconvenient

The place, the staff, the food everything was amazing. We had a lovely evening. And the portion of meals were perfect. I would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time! The waiters were fabulous. Helping us work out how to order on our phone! Really attentive! The food came out so well staggered we constantly had something to eat but not all at the same time. There restaurant was very clean and well presented and we had a fabulous night! Highly recommend!

I wish all the waiters and waitresses didn't look so serious when they communicate with customers. They are efficient, but shouldn't rush when interacting with us. Otherwise, it makes us feel like they've lost patience with our requests.

Cant go wrong with delicious and mouth watering food. Menu is great.

Food was good overall. Chicken katsu was excellent. Teriyaki steak was superb! Karaage was greasier than usual. Noise levels were terrible. Service was variable. Some staff were superb, others were brusque and impatient. Overall it's good value for money, and I'll be going back.

The restaurant had a large selection of food which was flavourful.

It's a very noisy restaurant but that is expected- it is very busy! it took a while for them to start serving us and take drinks, but then once they did it was quicker. Very friendly staff! Would happily go back.

Food and service was amazing. Fast service and great value for money

Jeremy took our order for drinks but we had to reorder them again after 30 minutes waiting. Female waitress took order for drinks is needed to be more politely. The waiter who took our order second round is needed to understand what he answered to customers when we re order same dishes. One dish we were about to finish and we were allowed to re order but the other dish we were going to finish in 5 minutes and we were told to finish it before we could re order. How long does it take to make it for us? How long do we have to wait to get him back to reorder it? Think it.
