I arrived and was told they were fully booked, the restaurant was about 30-40% full so there were plenty of seating. It felt very discriminatory.

we went to Okami at Wantirna and expected the same food experience, however the meat had no taste difference - we ordered 4 different beef steaks and the taste was the same in all. I looked like the beef was cooked then garnished with a few dropped of dressing and called by dressing name. Disappointed.

Like other Okami restaurants, this was a good addition to this area. It was very busy but the staff managed the place well.

Today's visit wasn't as pleasant as last time. Entrees came out cold and staff looked like, they'd rather be else where.. I understand they get super busy and run off their feet. It is a popular spot for the locals, but tonight's experience, wasn't great.

The food was honestly not the best. The salmon was dry and everything just tasted rushed. However I loved the atmosphere of the store.

Good variety of food and fun as a group experience. The iPads make ordering so easy. We found out after the timeslot started that one of our group couldn't make it, and the staff were really good about reducing our booking by one so we got charged the right amount.

Compared to the other branches, Mt Waverly is not the best. Took 20 min to bring the fried rice also the meat portions were smaller than usual. Also, the way the stakes were cooked wasn't great. I wouldn't say it was bad but we had a better experience in the other branches.

The whole restaurant was basically empty when we arrived for our booking and 1hr after we were still there, yet they sat us right next to another couple having their dinner (our tables were less than 30cms away). They need to space people out better so people are not awkwardly close together in an empty restaurant.

We booked a table for 2, So easy to do.T On arrival , we were greeted and taken to our table. The staff were very helpful and service was prompt. Using their ordering system via the mobile phone was also easy. We will definitely go there again.

We didn’t like the QR code ordering and prefer human waiters/waitresses. We couldn’t tell what we ordered and what actually went through or not because there were a few glitches. We didn’t get what we thought we ordered. Also, the food came out lukewarm especially the chunks of steak. It did not taste nice.
