Was over all a nice night , it was a little hard to get a waitress the first time we went we were always asked if we wanted a drink weather food was coming or going this time I had a drink at beginning of meal couldn't get another one till end of meal I did want another one earlier but couldant catch the attention of waitress & we had a young child with us all he wanted was chicken sassages witch didn't come till end of evening he was a bit up set .

Food was amazing a always, and 2yr old had the best birthday

The staff are friendly and nice, food is fresh and cooked perfectly

The food is lovely, the service is great, but the smell in the ladies toilet is disgusting. Needs to be looked at by a plumber.

Great food! But disappointed in the downgraded ice cream Dixie cup style that you pick up at a service station. The frozen scoop on the plate makes a much better experience.

The food nice and the staff were friendly. Worth the visit.

Regrettably the fried food was very oily especially the vegetable Gyoza. I am not a chef but it appeared the fried food was plated without adequate draining. The teriyaki chicken was a real disappointment as it appeared to have been stripped from a previously cooked chicken with sauce added rather than cooked by portion. There was also a small piece of bone in it. The waiter service was great! Very Happy with all aspects of their work. I was really looking forward to the eating experience but felt the food did not compare favourably to previous experiences at the Pakenham restaurant. Hope this helps Rod Shallcross

first time trying Japanese food, and deffo won't be the last. Love the way the all-you-can-eat service was done, no buffet, no queues, no dried food, small plates, and small amounts of great food, we got to sample so much of the food on offer. was great!

service started of good but slowly turned to bad had to go to the front desk to get service for food and drinks as everyone else around us were being served first .the next table to us were very loud we couldn't have a normal conversation between us on our table.

Outstanding service. Good is very quick to come out.$10.00 for corkage is too high though. At least pour the wine for that cost. Overall very good value and service

Very slow on making orders. One sushi platter didn’t even make it to the table. This is the second time we have visited that this has happened. Always seems to be the large sushi platters that don’t arrive.

My first time going to Warragul Okami's. I normally go to Traralgon which is closer, however it was my birthday and Traralgon was not open. Warragul is great, the wait times are a bit long but the place is much more spacious than Traralgon. Food is delish. Some girls behind us were being rude and laughing at us for some reason? So that was a bit off putting.

Got to the table and sauce bottle was leaking and they just put a cloth under it and it leaked onto the table . We had to ask for a new one as it didn’t pour properly anyway

It is quite loud in the restaurant, however this cannot be helped, just depends how many people are in the restaurant
