Okami - Warragul

Food took far too long to come out and when it did come out it was in dribs and drabs and certainly not in sizes for a five person sitting, the new ordering system on the qrcode is horrible, unreliable and inefficient, and we didn’t get offered menus so we could all see the menu. It has definitely put me off returning

We had a seating booked for 8:00pm as this was the only time available through the booking app. Food was extremely slow to come out and we had to ask several times in relation to some orders not coming at all. Staff began mopping the floors including around and under us and placing all chairs up on the tables. Staff standing around flicking through their phones and generally making us feel like we needed to leave. We brought this to the attention of our waitress and again with the manager once paying either no real concern or apology. We will definitely not return.

Great Dining experience, only issue is hard to keep track of what has been ordered with a large group of people and what is still to come before ordering more.

The Q R code ordering system is not so great. Ended up at the end with double order of food!! Trying to eat it so not to be charged extra, not good.

We walked out. Did not realise that they ONLY had all you can eat. 17 minutes without wait staff coming near us. As seniors we don't order by phone and the meals are $42 per person. We wouldn't eat $42 worth of food.

No problem with the food and waitresses were very good. However the noise level was terrible and because of that don’t know if we’ll come back. You also need to think about maybe having special times for families as some children were very noisy- running around and screaming.

It was extremely busy as it was Valentine's day, however I had booked 2 weeks in advance. We arrived for the 5:30pm sitting. We ordered at about 5:45pm. We did not receive anything for an hour, and our drinks came after 1.5hrs and after food began to come out. Our drinks we enquired about 3x before they came and it took so long that we were too concerned to order another as we didn't think we'd receive it before our sitting was over. It wasn't the best experience but I do take into account that they were busy. But watching others come in later than us and receive their food and drinks before us was disappointing. The couple next to us even offered us their food as they felt bad lol.

Restaurant is so noisy it’s very off putting. Food just ok and wine was not cold. Waitresses hardly acknowledged us. Not a great experience.
