service started of good but slowly turned to bad had to go to the front desk to get service for food and drinks as everyone else around us were being served first .the next table to us were very loud we couldn't have a normal conversation between us on our table.

Outstanding service. Good is very quick to come out.$10.00 for corkage is too high though. At least pour the wine for that cost. Overall very good value and service

Very slow on making orders. One sushi platter didn’t even make it to the table. This is the second time we have visited that this has happened. Always seems to be the large sushi platters that don’t arrive.

My first time going to Warragul Okami's. I normally go to Traralgon which is closer, however it was my birthday and Traralgon was not open. Warragul is great, the wait times are a bit long but the place is much more spacious than Traralgon. Food is delish. Some girls behind us were being rude and laughing at us for some reason? So that was a bit off putting.

Got to the table and sauce bottle was leaking and they just put a cloth under it and it leaked onto the table . We had to ask for a new one as it didn’t pour properly anyway

It is quite loud in the restaurant, however this cannot be helped, just depends how many people are in the restaurant

lovely food, impeccable service, but the restaurant was so loud that, even though we moved to a table in a back alcove, we could barely hear each other. The venue definitely needs better soundproofing.

Noise levels were loud and found that my mother who has difficulty getting out of chairs couldn’t get up because the table and chair were to close to the next table.

We had a very good time 😃 It was my wife’s birthday during the week so I wanted to take her out for dinner and we caught up with some that we didn’t know wear going to be there and had the table right beside them 👍 It’s not the first time we have been there and it won’t be the last There was a 21st birthday celebration there at the same time and we didn’t have a problem with that over all a very good time

Took some first timers to Okami, you guys absolutely delivered on all fronts. Hot & cold delicious meals kept appearing & table service faultless. Looking forward to the next gastric experience. It’s quicker & cheaper than having to fly to Japan . ☺️😂😁

Our staff member was very good (its was her first night) but we also had another girl with pink hair who wasn't that pleasant and was abrupt. Otherwise it was good

Far too noisy. I couldn't hear the other people at my table. There was plenty of food and reasonably quick service. It is ridiculous that in this sort of restaurant (where everybody pays a set price) that you can't pay individually. I had to pay for the entire party and it was hundreds of dollars. I was embarrassed when my card was declined and I had to transfer money. What sort of modern restaurant doesn't allow for split bills? It isn't fine dining...

Seems alot of time passes before somebody new order... I understand food needs to be consumed... It doesn't help if the beef is inedible the carrot garnish couldn't hide it so just left the restaurant...
