Had a great night at Okami. Beautiful food and great service.

Great service and food. Different system with scanning the table code.

1 serve at a time got cold whilst waiting for rest of meal to come omitted some of our order. A lot of empty tables so a lot of wait staff standing around....wont be back so youve now lost 3 customers

Had a great time with our friends, food was nice, only problem would be we ordered a main meal eg teriaki beef but the fried rice took ages to come so we had already eaten the meat by the time the rice arrived as we were hungry. The food just came out in dribs and drabs. You mainly had to rely on using the app to order.

Was amazing to take our two daughters here. Such a great range in food and the quality was fantastic.

I asked for a wall table as am hard of hearing and was put next to two large noisy tables! Ridiculous. Hate ordering via a phone much refer a waitress. Staff apart from one were not smiling and friendly, what has happened since I was last there? So sad

We went to Okami for my sons 22nd birthday and we had a lovely time. Food was amazing, service was fast. Will be going back again soon.

Even though the cost per person has gone up by$10 per person (up to $42) I felt the quality of food had improved so didn't mind. The fact that there are no servers and everything is run by app diminishes the atmosphere a bit to be honest. My biggest issue is that we ordered what is a reasonable amount of food for two people (6 small shared entrees and 2 mains with a side of noodles) and the mains were a bit larger than expected. I asked to take the remains of our chicken teriyaki and udon home and was told no. Apparently they just throw it all out - such food waste! Just knowing that means I won't be coming back.

Dumplings were store bought frozen..... not good and disappointing really

Food was delicious as always! However, we were just seated and no one explained to us that we order via the qr code, we found this out by having to ask someone to take our order. They also wernt very good at cleaning the empty plates from the table, just squeezed new plates onto the corner and the walking away with the table full of empty plates, there was only one lovely girl that would clear the tables

Food was lovely as usual. With such a large group we asked for actual menus and a waiter. Staff said ok but were obviously grumpy with us. We had to continually ask for some service during the night. Partially unpleasant experience.

As always, an absolute amazing night out. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the food provided. We left feeling full and content. The staff were friendly and I love the QR ordering however it did boot me out about 6 times. I would love if the QR ordering gave a notes option or something like that. We really enjoyed a couple dishes however don't handle spice well and would have loved to ask for no spicy sauces. We will be back again soon.

The food quality and the size of the plates have gone down, I have been to this restaurant a couple of times. Disappointing as it started off great.

I love okami the freshness of the food,value and beef carpaccio is my favorite. The ordering your through phone system works well .it does get noisey but you can’t have everything

Food and service were excellent, the atmosphere was terrible due to the consistent core wind coming through the door as people entered and left. We were moved to another table that was little better. We got up to close the door approximately 20 times during our meal, this needs to be addressed as four to five tables would be effected. A simple door closer would be very helpful and a screen behind the door would also be useful. Thanks Colin Cheesman.
