It was a small celebration for the 2 of us, and as such it was an excellent night out. The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. The noise level issue was really a "me" thing and not the venue's fault. :) The night reminded us very much of a similar restaurant at West End (I'm sure you know who.). We will most certainly be back. :)

We were very pleased with the service level and patience with guests not all that familiar with Turkish Qisuine. The food was sensational and the ambience of the restaurant was excellent. We will be back. Oh the wine choice was limited but quality was vary good.👍👍

We had a lovely Father’s Day. It was 11 years we spent a father’s day with whole family. It was special and we could not choose a better place to celebrate. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were so rushed by the staff. Had not even finished our entree and the mains had arrived. We were asked about 5 times if we wanted dessert even though we kept saying thqat we wanted a bit of time. Had no time to catch up. I had to be rude and say to give us 10 minutes. Food was good but very overpriced for the type of meals they were. Would not go back

Food was delicious and service excellent. The current ‘banquet’ style meal has shared starters but regular mains which were difficult to share with a large table.

Loved it, havent had Turkish food in a while and the chefs dishes were exactly what we needed. Thanks heaps.

Six of us went for lunch at Olive Thyme restaurant at Albion on a Saturday. The service was great - friendly & checking to see everything was to our liking. The food was so tasty. We all ordered something different & everyone was very pleased. Good sized servings & value for money. The alcoholic drinks were a bit expensive, but the cocktails were delicious. Overall we were all very happy with our experience and will return again.

The only complaint was how noisy it is….a few soft furnishings or rugs or wall hanging would make a difference. Food and service was spot on.

Great place, with a family kind of vibe but a high level food. A little bit pricey maybe but the flavours (spices, sauces), texture (crisp salads, tender meats) were perfect! Would recommend.

We were directed to a table around the corner saying it was quiet spot. I found it be noisy and hard to hear my partner. The Baba ghanoush was nice though the volume to the pita bread was not balanced. Too much dip or not enough pita. The wine per glass was not value for money.

Such a great evening, we'd been before but just as a couple, went with our three boys recently for a birthday celebration, it was brilliant, we'll be back.

Brilliant restaurant serving the most delicious Turkish cuisine. We were a party of 7 celebrating a birthday and every person in our group LOVED their meal. Highly recommended!!

Atmosphere was nice but it wasn’t our favourite dining experience. Drinks and food was a bit expensive for the quality of food we thought (min $19 for a standard glass of wine) and food was a bit hit and miss. Lamb was good but octopus was tough. Total was $261 for 3 people. We were there on Father’s Day which was a partially set menu (which we didn’t know when booking) and it was busy so maybe another night may have been better.

Went to fathers day. Enjoyed the ambience of the place. The owner moved us to a different table when she noticed we were feeling quite hot where were originally seated. We appreciated this gesture as it was a scorcher that day. Loved the decor, the food wait times were non-existent which was great Food was lovely. Mum doesn't eat beef the server offered her an alternative haloumi dish without the Turkish sausage on it! She was chuffed! My family are harsh critics but they all thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. Live music was a nice touch, although it was a bit loud. Overall, I can highly recommend this place. It's so wholesome yet has class; totally unpretentious. Thank you for a superb experience!

It’s always a great experience when you dine at Olive Thyme, the atmosphere is perfect. The owners and staff are incredibly accommodating. But more importantly, the food AMAZING!

We had an amazing night at Olive & Thyme. Having visited Turkey we found the food very authentic & delicious. Best of all was the service - Sibel & Yalcin were the best hosts. We’ll definitely be back.

We dined early due to theatre booking. We were able to comfortably have the chefs table within an hour. Fantastic food, beautiful restaurant, lovely hosts.
