Arrived just after 5:30 as per booked time. Proceeded past the queue of people waiting to order and went to the bar to enquire about our table. One person was fully occupied taking meal orders while an number of other staff came behind the bar for various reasons. After waiting for almost 10 minutes with no service or even acknowledgement that we were there the last straw cam when a waitress came to the bar and got herself a drink directly in front of me and didn't even make eye contact. At that point my wife and I walked out. To say the least - very dissatisfied.
the food was awsome staff were great good hotel overall clean and tidy strongley recomend it if you havent been there go
Dark and musty. Waiter was overbearing. Drinks pricey. Unpleasant atmosphere. We didn't hang around to eat after we saw the limited selection of wine by the glass.
wasn't very happy at all and could see other patrons where not either. we recieved the wrong order not once but two times !! after an hour the food came out cold and below average requested a discount .. was applied but felt 61 dollars was too much for what we recieved. if i could give advice i would say maybe invest in table numbers so ppl can be serviced the right food in the right order ..
