The staff were very friendly and committed to ensuring we had a very good lunch experience. The food is beautifully presented and tastes as good as it looks. Our group of 4 all agreed Ostro is a place to revisit.

The food was amazing, the service staff were lovely. The space was warm and inviting - and super accessible! We were given plenty of space for our 3 person party (wheelchair included). My only concern was that I ordered the vegan mama (absolutely delicious, by the way). I am vegan, and having vegan in the name of the menu item I thought I wouldn’t have to worry about it being not vegan. But the waitress came up to me as the rest of the table had been served and asked me if I am a “real vegan” to which I replied yes, and she then said she’d make sure there would be no butter on the dish then. The waitress was very sweet and her comments I could tell were genuine and coming from a good place, please don’t get me wrong! But if something has vegan in the name, it shouldn’t even be an option for non vegan additives to be put into the dish unless the person ordering specifically requests it. It shouldn’t be something to opt out of when it’s not listed on the menu and goes against the name. I didn’t feel the need to emphasise me being vegan when ordering a dish with vegan in the name because I don’t want to be annoying but also again, given the menu name, I didn’t think I would have to. As would be the case for any other dietary requirement, if a dish had the name of a certain dietary requirement - it should be assumed the food will always be made that way and should only deviate that if expressly asked for. Staff shouldn’t be asking me if I’m actually vegan to make the vegan menu item 100% vegan , if that makes sense. Other than that, the food was fantastic and everyone was happy. Would definitely love to visit again in the future.

This was our 2nd time eating here. The food is amazing and the cocktails are the best I've ever had.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were prepared for my visit. They were thoughtful with my table reservation, patient when my friend and I were so busy catching up that we took a while before ordering and they were prompt with the delivery of our order. It was very impressive. I really enjoyed Ostro. The vibe, the menu selections, the caring staff, all were excellent!

The menu for lunch wasn’t amazing if I’m honest but the breakfast menu could still be served so we opted for something from that . We couldn’t fault anything, the food looked appealing and was value for money . The staff were friendly and attentive.

Our server Shareen was amazing. Extremely helpful and made everyone at the table comfortable and valued. 10/10 server. Great vegan and dietary restricted options!
